We loved the stay! I went with my family and my parents and everyone was impressed by the apartment. It's beautiful, super well equipped and extremely comfortable! It's easy to feel “at home” there! I'll definitely come back more often.

The place is peaceful , the accommodation was clean and organized and everything was working perfectly ( air conditioning, smart TV, shower , electric kettle and coffee maker). Thoughtful host and cuts.

Great Cost Benefit. Marli is very friendly and communicative and presented the apartment in a super new building. Full kitchen, a ceiling fan in the bedroom and another in the living room/kitchen, private garage, great WIFI, great bathroom/shower, full room and super comfortable. The location is also excellent. In a 5 minute walk you are at the Train of Waters Station (sightseeing tour of São Lourenco to Soledade de Minas). A little more than 10 minutes and you arrive at Parque das Águas, very beautiful, and where the Balneário is located. The town of Caxambú. It is a 35-minute drive from São Lourenco. Anyway, I recommend Marli's space while you're in São Lourenço!

The apartment is perfect , very well equipped with utensils, beds and pillows very comfortable, the bathrooms are great and clean , good location.

The place is great, super beautiful and clean. The only point I would improve is the acoustics, but in everything just perfect!

It was a great experience. The host is very attentive and helpful. Airy and comfortable apartment. Location relatively far from the center but as the city is small it is easy to access the places with your own vehicle as in our case.

We love the stay, the studio had everything we need, wonderful shower and TV with Netflix. The Internet failed a bit but it didn't bother us. It is right next to the sacred mountain trail that I highly recommend, it is tiring but it is not difficult and the view compensates, in addition to all nature, butterflies, toucans ❤️ If you are by car, in less than 5 minutes it arrives in the center of the city.

Impeccable apartment, very clean and cozy. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. I recommend it, we will definitely come back. Álvaro was a very attentive host.

Full apartment, very clean and organized, nothing to complain about. Fabiana was very attentive and clarified all the questions before the reservation and answered us always quickly, even left a courtesy on the day of check in. The only suggestion for improvement would be to identify the parking spaces for each apartment, for better use of the space. In the rest, excellent hosting with very good location and in a quiet neighborhood.

The stay was great, Marli was attentive and available, the space is exactly as shown in the photos and I did everything in the city on foot, 10 minutes from the center, I recommend it!

The host was kind and attentive, as was the maid who handed us the keys, very polite and friendly. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, I would say even better. It was all extremely clean and organized. The shower is wonderful lol The location is good too, close to the center. Having a good and smart TV is great because we can rest from the tours by watching something we like. :)
