Waterfront vacation rentals in Solana Matorral

Lovely little apartment ideal for two people right in the heart of everything and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely all day sunny balcony sheltered from the wind with sun shade if needed also peaceful to sit on and people watch. The beds are very comfortable and what little sound we could hear from nearby bars was not at all disturbing as the apartment is well sound proofed with air conditioning. We hope we are able to stay again in the future.

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

A beautiful, clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and views of the coastline in a sleepy fishing village. We loved it!

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Alejandro’s beautiful apartment. We sleep deeply and enjoyed many hours gazing out to the wonderful view. We were in the centre of the resort , its restaurants and shops but it wasn’t noisy . We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay. Daniel’s place has everything you need. Comfy beds and good shower. TV works well with Netflix. Balcony is lovely! The complex is quiet and very very friendly. Pool is good (but quite deep!). Easy walk to harbour and lots of restaurants. Daniel was helpful and responsive, we would love to come back!

An absolutely stunning apartment right near the beach and main high street. Spotlessly clean on arrival and all amenities and facilities were perfect. Nad is an amazing host who was communicative, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will never stay at a different apartment whwn visiting Corralejo!

You hardly want to say it, because it reduces the chances of coming back to this wonderful place, but as soon as we entered the house, it was clear to all of us. We are coming back here. Simply wonderful and tastefully great location. Great amenities, a six out of five

We had an amazing stay in Carol & Tim’s home. It was a beautiful location with amazing sea views and views of the harbour. Every restaurant we ate at was wonderful with a whole variety of different cuisines. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed 9 days at Mariana's place, with our kids aged 2 and 4. The house is beautiful, with sea view. The place is quiet and peaceful, a grocery store nearby, the heated pool and the outdoor sea view bed is a real plus. A dream vacation

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

An incredibly fun and surprisingly arranged house! All spaces are adjacent to an indoor patio, and there is a nice roof terrace. A very lovely place to stay! We really liked that the house is in the middle of a place, within walking distance of the sea and various restaurants. Not much touristy. We really liked this, living among mostly locals.

This place is the perfect balance of private and peaceful, with immediate access to the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca. The accomodation is clean and well equipped. There is a shared pool but we always had it to ourselves. The garden was my favourite place. There were lots of seats in different areas to follow the sun or shade. It was the perfect place to read a book or do yoga. At no point do you feel overlooked by other guests. If l was to visit Lanzarote again, then l would definitely return here.

Wonderful location and surroundings, not to top! Access to the house is extremely tedious for female older semesters like us with heavy suitcases, as you have to walk down a steep rocky slope. The contact with Nicolas was straightforward and prompt, immediately supported us when it was necessary. Because of the Los Ajaches, there is already shade at the house from 5 p.m. at this time of year, so a cozy evening on the terrace is rather out of the question. Otherwise a wonderful spot on earth, relaxing and quiet.

We were very pleased! Good communication and handover with Stefano. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The roof terrace is great for relaxing. We would love to come back.

We have stayed at La Cumbre every year since 2013 and we love it for the wide views of the ocean, the quiet, and the close and easy amenities. We have stayed in various apartments here over the years, but Teresa's apartment is the cleanest and most cared for. Teresa herself is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very warm and friendly, and responds immediately to any communication. We just got back home, and we are about to book for next year. We can't speak highly enough of Teresa and her apartment!

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

Great place to stay in a gated community with pool, away from the tourist stronghold of Puerto del Carmen. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby shopping, bars and restaurants, as well as the cozy evenings on the balcony with sea views. Clear recommendation!
