The house has a newly renovated, stylish bathroom with heating cables in the floor. Cozy house with a personal touch. The house has a large, sunny, flowery garden with berry bushes, two terraces and a playhouse. Lots of parking space. Fire place. Outdoor garden house= extra living room. Good barbecue possibilities. The house is located near the fjord, the sea and lovely hiking areas. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate area, only approx. 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Enkelt, landlig og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Kort gåavstand til kjøpesenter Madla amfi, samt dagligvarebutikker som REMA 1000 og Bunnpris (750 meter/9.minutter). 400 meter gåavstand til Madlaveien/ved clarion Hotel Energy der du kan ta buss til Stavanger sentrum. Bussene går hver 15.min og tar ca.8 minutter å kjøre til sentrum. Felles parkeringsplass på egen eiendom. Vert kan hente gjester på flyplass. Vert kan også kjøre og vise dem rundt dersom det passer.

Enebolig med høy standard. Gåavstand til solastranden( 7 min), sola golfklubb ligger og ølberg frisbee golf. Boligen har ca 400 km2 hage, trampoline ( i sesong) og nærhet til skog og turområder. Sola sentrum tar ca 8 min med bil. ca 15 min til Stavanger. Mulighet for lading av elbil i garasje på forespørsel. Gjestene har tilgang til 3 soverom som vil klargjøres med sengetøy inkludert i prisen. Det kan i noen perioder tilbys barneseng ved behov. Store terrasseflater oppe og nede.

Spacious house with amazing view

Take a walk/bike to the beaches or around the lake, enjoy the amazing sunsets from the terrace. Go for a swim or go crab hunting with the kids right outside of the garden, or explore Stavanger city and the attractions in the area. We love our home and hope you will too; light and spacious livingrooms and kitchen, laundry room and a gym. Fully equipped with toys, trampoline, kayak, bikes/scooters for the kids, a large terrace with bbq and herbs. Brilliant fishing opportunities.

Vakker bolig, nær flotte strender gode til surfing

Sentralt midt i landlige omgivelser er dette flotte store huset. Gir deg et avbrekk fra stress og byliv, men er også meget sentralt, bare 10min fra noen av de beste surfestrendene i Nord-Europa. Huset er lokalisert et par hundre meter fra en av Norges beste elver for fisking av villlaks, Figgjoelven. Innen 30min kan komme seg til urbane steder som Sandnes, Bryne og Stavanger. Månafossen og Prekestolen er bare 1t. Huset passer for alle, men særlig for barnefamilier!

Peaceful place in a central location. The apartment is located close to Amfi shopping centre, good bus connections and almost midway between lake and beach. Good hiking areas. There is a playground nearby. There are some toys in the apartment for children over 3 years old. Answers to questions from people that want to rent: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and there is heat in the apartment.

We have free street parking. If you dont have a car there is one bus stop 5 minutes away from the apartment, it takes 8 minutes to the city center. It is also a nice walk that takes 30-40 min. Do you enjoy walking we are right next to Stokkavannet. If you want to go to Preikestolen, the busstop is 15 minutes from our house to walk. To get from the airport to the apartment, you can take Flybussen, which stops 15 minutes walk from here.

Architect-designed house

amazing place, amazing host, amazing communication, couldnt ask for more. the design with the large windows was unparalleled. Kids loved using the drums in the music room. location is super close to city center. The host was so nice, communication was excellent and even gave us recommendations which were incredibly helpful. If your coming to Stavenger this is the place to stay without a doubt.

Leillighet ved Hafrsfjord

Vi var 3 generasjoner i leiligheten. Min datter skulle på undervisning på UiS og mormor skulle passe babyen i denne tiden. Arild og Katrine kom selv med tilbud om å skaffe barnestol da vi bestilte og da vi snakket sammen ved ankomst og spurte om transport til UiS lot de oss bruke en elektrisk sykkel som gjorde det mye enklere å organisere ammepausen til den lille. Dette var til stor hjelp! Leiligheten er romslig, høyt under taket og lyst med nyoppusset kjøkken, koselig sitteområde, 2 gode soverom og stor terrasse med fantastisk utsikt over fjorden. Omgivelsene er fredelige selv om flyplassen er nokså nært. DNT sin MadlaSandnes tursti ved fjorden er rett ved. Det var herlig å gå trilletur der med barnebarnet. Til bussen er det 10 minutter å gå. Arild og Katrine er omtenksomme verter som er tilgjengelige ved behov. Vi følte oss velkommen. og anbefaler stedet deres på det varmeste. Tusen takk for oss.

Nice apartment 50m from ONS (DnB arena)
