The apartment is located close to shopping centre with walking distance, good bus connections. Nice hiking areas and playground nearby. There are some toys and Playstation available. Answers to questions from renters: Rents out with soap, toilet paper, bed linen, towels and more. Hot water is included and heat in the apartment. Down from the house area there is a path. If you go to right it will take you to the lake, Stokkavannet. Left way will take you to the sea, Møllebukten at Sverd i fjell

Kort gåavstand til Madlaveien/ved clarion Hotel Energy der du kan ta buss til Stavanger sentrum. Bussene går hver 15.min og tar ca.8 minutter å kjøre til sentrum. Felles parkeringsplass på egen eiendom. Kommer du med fly, er flybussen å anbefale. Tar ca.15 og kjøre til leiligheten. Bussen kjører også forbi "de tre sverd".

Well connected with public transport to the city center. 5 min with bus and 30 min walk. 5 min to Amfi Madla (shopping center). 2 min to DNB arena and Siddis ishall. Spacious parking lot in front of the apartment, free of charge. Two large lakes in walking distance. Great and calm walking trails to take a step back from the city.

Vakker bolig, nær flotte strender gode til surfing

Sentralt midt i landlige omgivelser er dette flotte store huset. Gir deg et avbrekk fra stress og byliv, men er også meget sentralt, bare 10min fra noen av de beste surfestrendene i Nord-Europa. Huset er lokalisert et par hundre meter fra en av Norges beste elver for fisking av villlaks, Figgjoelven. Innen 30min kan komme seg til urbane steder som Sandnes, Bryne og Stavanger. Månafossen og Prekestolen er bare 1t. Huset passer for alle, men særlig for barnefamilier!

Take a walk/bike to the beaches or around the lake, enjoy the amazing sunsets from the terrace. Go for a swim or go crab hunting with the kids right outside of the garden, or explore Stavanger city and the attractions in the area. We love our home and hope you will too; light and spacious livingrooms and kitchen, laundry room and a gym. Fully equipped with toys, trampoline, kayak, a large terrace with bbq and herbs.
