Short distance to attractions and hiking opportunities such as Sverd i Fjell, Møllebukta and hiking trail at Hafrsfjorden, Stokkavatnet, Ullandhaug, Sørmarka, DNB Arena, Mosvatnet, etc. Parking available for one car on the property. Bus stop 200 m away, with frequent departures to both Stavanger city center and the airport.

Bright retro apartment with good office space

Bright apartment in a quiet and peaceful area of Madla. Plenty of room to have a home office/study, with a solid work table and fast broadband. External screen is on loan. Nice hiking opportunities just outside the door. 10-15 minutes walk to Sverd i fjell, one of the biggest attractions in Stavanger. 5 minutes to drive to the University. Approx. 2 km to Stavanger Forum/DnB Arena (ONS). 4.5 kilometers to Stavanger city center - there are 8 buses per hour. The airport bus stops nearby. Free parking for 1 car.

Great spacious apartment at Sola, ground floor

My apartment was brand new in april 2018. It feels very bright and spacious, and is 92m2. It has 3 bedrooms, one master and two smaller ones. The beds in the kids rooms are regulare size so adults can also sleep here. The neighborhood is quiet with many playgrounds to choose from, so this is a perfect location if you are travelling with kids. You can also find a golf course close by, and in the city of Sola you have many grocery stores, and also restaurants like Chinese and Sushi, Burgers, etc.

Central and spacious apartment with great outdoor areas

The apartment is located close to Sola city center which is a stone's throw from the airport. There is walking distance to a small grocery store, restaurants and necessary shops. There is a bus to Sandnes, Stavanger city center and the airport. If you have a car, you can easily get to Jæren's many nice sandy beaches. There is a bedroom with a double bed, and one with a single bed. In this room there is the possibility to arrange an extra mattress. We live in the apartment as usual.
