Meeting Yunus's family was great Super nice people are genuinely happy to meet guests!The house fully corresponds to the description Very clean and spacious ,a large street balcony on which we spent most of the day and evening of surroundings and landscapes like in a cinema , relax from fields and forests There is a bay nearby and you can rent a yacht,you can just swim in the shade of forests. There are not many people nearby a market with everything you need,prices are more expensive So everything you need is better to buy in advance. There are two dogs chickens and turkeys and all this in general makes the environment more rural and homely!I definitely recommend staying with Uncle Turan !!!

This place is a quintessential Greek vibe – charming, picturesque and perfect to feel like a local village. The cottage is clean and well-equipped with towels, soap, spices, pots and silverware. The owner is very hospitable and you are only 600 meters to the sea. There are local bars, shops and a bakery nearby, so everything is on hand. Outside you can relax under the umbrella or use the outdoor shower. For the active, there are bicycles available, and windsurfing and kitesurfing can be tried in the area. It's a quiet place, only 20 minutes from the airport, is excellent for relaxing. We had a great time at this beautiful authentic home. Completely as described and even more! Linens in abundance, right up to the bathrobe and slippers. A very welcoming and attentive host with welcome and departure gifts!! We highly recommend it. Thanks Loannis

Great 1st floor apartment located very centrally but avoiding the noise of the waterfront. The rooftop terrace is an amazing, spacious and well equipped place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Symi. With windows/doors/balconies on three sides, you can get a draft through the house and find other spots to sit out to enjoy sun or shade as preferred. Wonderful personal welcome off the ferry by Andrea’s mother. The fridge was already stocked with initial provisions. Any issue and Andreas was extremely responsive. We’ll hopefully be back! A huge thank you from us.

The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Myrna was always available if needed. Nice touches, like watermelon for the guests round the pool and some home baking were welcome surprises. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Vassilis and the other ladies who work there in Nikos B&B are very sympathetic. The breakfast every day was very tasty. It is very close to the beaches and there are amazing restaurants and mini markets. I'll come back if I get a chance, maybe next year.

Marco was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Near the shops and restaurants and quick walk to the beach as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Anna is a very nice hostess. She always responded quickly to questions. Since our return flight was only in the evening, it was no problem to check out later. The location of the apartment is great. Directly opposite a free parking lot and the beach. Close to shops and restaurants.

The room was very clean and smelled nice, the breakfast was delicious with homemade pastries. Large balcony facing the sea. A quiet place for a relaxing holiday, the only thing that was not very suitable for us was the lack of a beach, only a pier from which you can go down into the water. Everything else was wonderful.

The Anchor House is such a perfect property that I almost want to keep quiet in order to keep it all to myself! Our stay was perfect from beginning to end, from the taxi transfers arranged to transport us from the harbour to the property, to our daily breakfasts under the light of the olive tree and dinner on the terrace with the most astonishing sea view. Without a doubt, the housekeeper Jenine is the reason this stay was so perfect - she organised every detail and helped us plan every day. She was a pleasure to chat to every morning and made us feel so welcome. This place simply felt like home - if only we could have stayed for longer. I cannot recommend this property enough - for Symi there simply is no comparison.

The Anchor House was an absolutely beautiful home.A gem in Symi. It was a most relaxing stay ,the bedroom so tasteful and the bed so comfortable.The living space so well appointed with different areas to relax in,in either shade or sun all with stunning views. The location is superb,near fabulous restaurants and a minute away from a little beach.Jeanie our host was simply amazing.Nothing was too much.She served the most beautiful breakfast in the morning and then with such enthusiasm helped with suggesting what we could do each day,from telling us about all the beaches,the times of boats and buses and suggesting restaurants and kindly reserving a table for us. We could not recommend the Anchor house more.

i thought a lot about this beautiful place and what I can write for Mr. Yilmaz and Ms. Üvet who is a guest, but there's not a lot to say.. Everything was magnificent, to be honest.. We were very nice, they helped us with everything.. The view is spectacular beyond, the rooms are very nice, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated.. especially the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast prepared by the base lady for the view was another nice taste. We will definitely cross our path again with these beautiful people and the amazing place.. we would definitely recommend it to you!!!
