The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Our apartment, which we meticulously prepared for the 2023 season, is in a detached garden. Our house, which has a stunning sea view, is decorated in accordance with the minimalist lifestyle. There are 2 air conditioners in the living room and in the bedroom. The chair in the living room opens up and becomes a bed. There is a seating group in the garden. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants and only 2 minutes away if the vehicle is preferred.

Our house is 1 km away from the village center and the sea There are village markets, chain markets, patisserie, restaurants, coffee houses and a pharmacy in the center. The Kizilyer coast is 1 km away, there are restaurants with family businesses and a menu consisting of seafood. The Cumhuriyet(Saranda) coast is 4 km away and there are most family-run restaurants there. We have our own boat on a daily tour on the Kizilyer coast.
