Villa vacation rentals in Soğucak

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We had a very relaxing holiday where we were full of greenery and blue, 10 minutes walk to the sea, with sweet and helpful neighbors. The interest and helpfulness of host Hamza Bey and Anıl Deniz Bey.

We had fantastic 4 days in this gorgeous house. The view of the house was incredible and it was super comfortable. Giorgios and Sofia (the owners of the house) were very hospitable and friendly. They answered every question of us and recommended very good places to go. We went to the most beautiful beaches in the town easily from the house as the location of the house was very convenient. There were good restaurants and taverns around the house. The neighborhood was also very satisfactory in terms of that. We had a lovely vacation in Samos and I think we made the best decision by staying in this fantastic house. Many thanks again to Giorgio and Sofia for everything. We will definitely come back again.

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

We had a perfect holiday with 3 nights and 4 days, 8 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs. Only the power outage in the area on the last day caused us a loss for almost half a day, but they made up for it by offering a late checkout alternative. Despite a situation they couldn't help, they came up with a solution.

The house still needs some work, but Overall great experience - The pool is private and very clean . For a crowded family like us this spot was very good . Thank you

The property is amazing but it could do with a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The hosts are lovely and were always quick with their responses and fixing any issues we had, such as the wifi in the house stopped working and they had it fixed within hours

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’re a family with two kids and the house was great! Kitchen came with good appliances and the bathrooms were well equipped as well. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. Adavillas always answered quickly through WhatsApp and were always very attentive to our needs. Would definitely love to stay here in the future :)

We had an amazing week at Ada Blue Holiday Vila . The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The house, the garden and especially the pool were great. We just kept the pool floor of the house. If another large chair is added to the living room of the pool floor, I can say that the pool floor was quite enough for 7 people. (There are also 4 bedrooms on the pool floor, apart from the kitchen and the living room.) The garden was large and well-maintained. I think the spaciousness and spaciousness of the garden is an important factor for families with children to choose this place. Also, the trees next to the house next door and the house in the back that provide privacy are well thought out. It needs a second paragraph to mention the pool. It was nicer and bigger than it looked in the photos. When you swim in the pool, it was great to be able to see the beach, the sea and the island of Samos, albeit remotely. This view from the hot tub, which you climbed with the steps inside the pool, was getting even better. There were no shortcomings and negatives of a team: 1- According to the information provided by the host, the villa uses the vegetable water of Kusadasi. Although we do not use this water in eating and drinking and cooking, we are talking about a taste of water that will make you feel like a duck while taking a shower. The host stated that they would solve this problem by opening a well belonging to the house next season. 2- The internet service provider of the house is very close. We could not have much trouble this the day that the phones had their own lines of 30-50 GB internet and 4G speeds. Unfortunately, the 4Gs of the phones did not work due to the location of the house. The host said they would be sure to resolve this issue. I would like to say that we are satisfied with the host's mature acceptance of the problems and their prompt, kind communication at the entrance to the house. If two problems are solved during our holiday next season, this villa will definitely be one of the first options we will look at.

A beautiful complex where you can go to relax with your family is calm and clean and reliable away from the noise. I can say that three families can stay comfortably in the villas. There is also a villa toddler pool suitable for families with small children. It is quite close to the sea (Max 2 km) The beach is quite nice. Of course, personal expectations may miss my comment. It was incredibly clean first and foremost. Mr. Özal answers all very relevant questions instantly and offers a quick solution, and the house was the same as we saw in the photos. We stayed with 7 people, we were very satisfied, in a quiet and decent neighborhood. Very easy to get to and very close to the center. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best homestays I stay.First of all the location of the house is very nice, it is only a half hour drive from the national park (there is a very clear beach there) and the two nearest supermarkets are less than 5 minutes walk.The host uncle was very friendly and helped us figure it out every time we had a problem.The house is very well equipped for cooking, a TV with a cast screen to watch a movie, the air conditioning is a great job, the best is the pool, it is very clean and cleaned every day.Will stay here again next time!

it was perfect stay! Villa is located in peaceful and tranquility surroundings, within walkable distance to city centre and Lady beach. Well equipped villa with four separate bedrooms and private fenced pool. Claudia was very helpful, easy and nice to talk to. Highly recommend! definitely want to return :)

The items were sufficient and clean enough for five people to stay comfortably. The villa is in a calm complex and has a very beautiful view on the terrace. We also used the communal pool of the compound and it was not crowded and clean. Thank you to Büşra and Ms. Nuray for their warm communication:)
