Beachfront vacation rentals in Soğucak

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. We really enjoyed the vacation. The hosts are extremely helpful and very personable. This was the best experience we've had on Airbnb so far. We were even personally welcomed by Hanna at Samos Airport and during the stay in the beautiful villa with a fantastic view of the sea, we were provided with further information and tips for a nice vacation. Upon arrival, nothing was missing. The hosts were so nice and even left us a few culinary treats in the fridge to start the vacation and during the vacation we were even surprised with a freshly baked apple pie. We wanted to take a taxi to the airport at the end of the vacation - but Hanna offered to be driven by her husband Mirko - just great this service and the hospitable treatment. We can recommend the hosts 100% and would come back at any time. Thank you

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

Paradise apartment is in a fantastic place, stunning views and quiet location while the coziness of Kokkari is at your fingertips. The apartment is fine, nice little kitchen and good A/C's. The bathroom is on the small side, but we also shower especially outside at the pool. By the way, it is a very good swimming pool, sufficiently large and also deep. If you walk down to the apartment, you will get to a kind of private (pebble)beach, very ydillisch within 7 minutes. There are no chairs so you can't lie there. Mania is a great hostess who has good tips for beaches, getaways and restaurants. We even got a souvenir from her.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

M. was a wonderful house owner, he has been really helpful and always replied our messages immediately. He was flexible with our arrival day and also helped with our spontaneous requests.

We stayed 12 nights, we alternated days away from home and days at the beach in front of the house. The time at the beach, including umbrella and sunbeds available to guests (without having to pay for them) was very relaxing, the sea a couple of days not great probably because of the current but the other days it was very clean!! There are even fish as soon as you enter the water, the house is cleaned every 2 days with a change of sheets and towels. In the minimarket area and Pitagorion district 5 minutes by car, where you have a lot of choice of restaurants. It's nice to walk outside along the sea adjacent to the house. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Recommended, to go back.

Everything was nice. When we had a question, she responded quickly and helped us out. The location of the house is nice. There were items we needed in the kitchen:)

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

A great stay. Studio equipped with all basic comforts. Very clean, air conditioning, fan on the ceiling and a nice balcony. Everything sparkling clean, including the hallway and the stairs. The host super friendly and helpful. Street is cozy with the bakery that is already open at 7 am. Get fresh croissant and get your first coffee on the bench. Holiday feeling at its best. The supermarket is next to the studio and I think it's the best restaurant in Kokkari; The beer tavern! The village is cozy and the beach is approximately a 5-minute walk. The sea is phenomenal and nice for swimming. I came here for a week of rest and come to myself, armed with two books and this worked out. Staring at the sea and then again in my book. A Greek salad with a Samos wine on the terrace and in the evening filled dorade food at the neighbors (the beer tavern) Absolutely recommended. A 10 for Dimitris and Eirini.
