It was a very comfortable stay for a family of 6. I would like to thank Mr. Coskun for his sensitivity to the needs of the accommodation. We had a pleasant stay without having a water problem in Kusadasi. The children had a lot of fun in the pool. The neighborhood was calm.

Its peaceful place for every one feels as at home. The house is beautiful and cosy, specially the patio with a beautiful view. The house surrounded by flowers and trees. I really enjoyed to stay with my family. Lots of available street parking. All restaurants, shops and beaches are 5-10 min to drive.

Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

This is a beautiful home, and Adem is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. This was a great place to stay for a family of 6. We had two children and two grandparents. Great family home. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace. If you have a car, this is a an excellent option. We did not have a car, so the walk to the beach is about 20-25 minutes. There is easy access to public transportation via the “Dolmus” line. The house is a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, a butcher (where one can buy wine, beer, and spirits). Also, there is a delivery service (info on the refrigerator) for groceries, water, etc. We would stay here again!

The house was much better than it looked in the photos, very clean and tidy. Having 4 bedrooms and sofa beds is also ideal for crowded plans. There were no points that we were complaining about, I highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We chose this house for a 4-day holiday, and it’s located in one of the most beautiful spots on the island. It’s almost equidistant from both the northern and southern beaches, and it offers a lovely view of the village. We stayed as a group of six friends, and each of the houses was charming in its own way. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon and watching the view from the backyard area at night. The kitchens in all the houses were well-equipped with everything we needed. Feeding the turtles in the garden was an extra delight for us. Many thanks to our hosts for their warm hospitality. If we visit the island again, we would definitely love to stay in this amazing house once more.

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

Apartment perfectly corresponding to the description, very nice, clean, very very well equipped (pherhaps one of the most well equipped we found). Host very nice and friendly. Position and view good, walking distance (about 15 min) to the center, parking not so easy but not impossible. All perfect!

The first priority region that can be preferred in samos is Pythagorion. Due to the location of the house, the surrounding facilities are sufficient. The host's interest and relevance and useful guidance on many issues were excellent. Families with children should definitely prefer the house. Psili ammos, which can be reached by car during the same day, is an excellent and peaceful sandy beach. Cafes and restaurants that can be visited in the evening are very close to the house.

This is a beautiful location, in fact you will see pictures of the split of land where the apartment is located on various promotional sites for the town of Kokkari. Very beautiful!

Ayfer abla was a warm and incredibly hospitable host. The view from the house was beautiful. I can say this was the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented. The entrance to the house was private, the furnishings were carefully chosen, and the cleanliness was excellent. The village was lovely, and the garden was full of beautiful flowers and well-designed landscaping. With her sweet conversations, warm smile, and quick responses to all our needs, Ayfer abla was much more than just a host. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

The location of the house was very good, close to the beaches, the site was calm and peaceful. The house was clean and the items were new. Mr. Ismet helped us with all our needs and provided our extra requests (like a bed and chair for the 2nd baby). We plan to stay again.

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. You can have a barbecue in the garden.

Martha's place was just outstanding! Check-in was very flexible, we were able to enter the accommodation earlier. Everything was very clean. From the house to the city of Kokkari was super fast. The beach at your doorstep is very clean and invites you to linger. We will be back next year!

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

We love Bird Island and as a large family, we had to rent an additional house. We wanted to have a nice experience. And so it was. First of all, it is within the site, it is away from traffic and noise, it is central, it has a beautiful pool, it is clean, it is close to the sea, it is close to shopping places, it is the holiday I prefer and it meets all the facilities I need. The fact that the business provided opportunities in line with the needs, and the quick support in response to the demand met our expectations. We wish you a nice holiday again in the near future... Also, Tatlı Villas have become a safe place for me to host my friends and guests from abroad... Thank you 🫶🏼

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

This place is a proper Turkish experience. If you like classic and rustic, but with all mod cons, this is it. Spacious home across three levels, with a courtyard like something from a magazine, and fruit trees and multiple sitting areas; truly beautiful!
