The old house at Solnes Gard

Part of duplex on active farm. We are the third generation to run the farm after my husband's grandparents got the farm as a wedding gift. Here you get to stay in the original farmhouse from about 1950. We live in the other part of the residence ourselves. Cozy place, fully furnished and with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. We have 8 alpacas and many goats on the farm, you can join the care on demand and if we have the opportunity in a busy everyday life when we are in full job and have four small children.

The garden is surrounded by beautiful snow-capped mountains with many excursions just outside the door. Welcome to an unique vacation home where you get to experience farm life up close and maybe taste egg and milk from our animals. Utigård is located in beautiful surroundings close to the fjord, surrounded by snow covered mountains and the mighty glaciers in Olden and Loen in Nordfjord.

Farm stay in nature reserve

Enjoy a quiet farm stay on a rare gem just 15-20 minutes from Voss city center. A quiet place to be for both couples or larger families. Taste our self-produced products from the apiary, or of the many vegetables, meat, fruits and berries that are produced. Enjoy the silence on the water in a rowboat or SUP board, or all alone on your private beach. The experience in the jacuzzi in the evening is absolutely magical. Wake up to sunrise over the lake with views directly from the bed, or in front of the fireplace.

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms plus loft. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

The apartment is around 6 years old, and with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances. There is a parking lot separating the living room window and the fjord. PS: In the rare case the cleaning might not be finished by the time you arrive, you are still welcome to check in and leave your bags there. If so, you will be notified beforehand.
