Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sofia

Overall, my stay was good. Polina, the host, was very friendly, flexible with check-in, open to requests, and easy to reach. The location is central but surprisingly quiet despite being next to a main road. There was always hot water, and the electric radiator kept the room warm even in low temperatures. On the downside, the private toilet and shower inside the room weren’t very comfortable. There were some days with ongoing renovations, which caused extra noise. The mattress, linens, and pillows could have been cleaner or newer. Also, since the room is in a large building that can host many people, the atmosphere can vary—sometimes quiet, sometimes more crowded.

We felt like home, the place is quiet, easy to find and reach by car, everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, cafes, parks, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The host is primitive and always answered our requirements, we can't wait to come back!

The accommodation is perfect to spend a few days and visit the city. It has a large terrace where you can stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is quite small, the rest is great

I spent 8 wonderful days and nights in Anita’s tasteful, bright and open-spaced place. The efficient heating was essential with the chilly outside temperatures. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced. The house is situated within a short walk from an array of restaurants, cafes and shops, without another tourist in sight! Would thoroughly recommend Anita’s place.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

In the neighbourhood a lot of things to do. Shopping Mall, Aquapark, Centrum and a lot of bars and restaurants. The appartement was very clean and big enough for 4 persons. The reaction from Anna is always very quick! It is very quiet and the beds are good. So we enjoy the time in the appartment!

Great, cozy and quiet place in the central área of Sofia

Uhhhh, you would be silly not to stay here. This is probably the best located apartment in Sofia. You're next to a subway line and have a great view from the balcony. It's in a great, safe neighborhood. The inside was spacious, charming, and had everything I needed. Ah, the shower was excellent. All in all, 10/10.

The place is located in one most famous areas in Sofia- walking distance to Doctors garden! Apartment is on the 4th floor accessible with stairs and elevator. The place has two bedrooms with balconies: one looking over the street, one looking over well maintain inner courtyard. The entrance to the building is secured even though the entire area around is very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen has all necessities. There is secured parking under the building accessible from outside. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I spent a month at Zari’s apartment and everything was brilliant! Host (Zari): Zari prepared the apartment with everything that we required for our stay. Zari seemingly noticed in our profile that we are from the UK, and kindly provided a UK plug adaptor, which is very thoughtful. Zari’s sister also made us some cheese-filled pastries, which were a very welcome treat after travelling all day. Zari was available for advice about day trips, eating out, and Sofia, and his suggestions added so much enjoyment to our trip. I can tell from the messages we exchanged that Zari is super kind and helpful. Apartment: Zari has arranged the apartment in a way that makes you instantly feel at home within 10 minutes of your arrival - it truly is impressive. We felt comfortable in Zari’s apartment and that is purely down to his evident personal touch and impressive use of space. The apartment is perfectly located and it also has a lovely balcony. Great host and great apartment!

I stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment right in the heart of Sofia, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect — step outside and you're surrounded by historic landmarks, important buildings, the train station, supermarkets, and everything else you might need. It truly couldn’t be more central! The apartment itself is cozy, stylish, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable and convenient. My host was wonderful — super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and smooth experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sofia!

Great place in the centre of the city that’s worth the price.

We stayed at Konstantins place for 5 month and it was the best decision. The flat isn't short of most of the things you need for you to stay right at home even for such a long time. Some things like a knife sharpener Konstantin was happy to provide. The kitchen in general is very well staffed so you don't feel limited when it comes to cooking and preparing meals. The rest of the flat was spotless as well, two nice and comfy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. For remote working the internet speed was more than sufficient and when working from the living room you do that with a view as you can look directly at vitosha mountain. The location was also very convenient with the metro station right around the corner as well as various supermarkets and places to get food. Konstantin was a great host who checked-in regularly if we need anything, always proactive and helpful no matter what it was about. So overall we can highly recommend this place! :)

The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The electronic card to open the building door should not be operated in the way of the manager, but directly press the red dot on the door frame, which is mo

We had a great time!

My stay at Kamen's place was great. As a nomad, this place suited me very well: great location in the city centre, reliable Internet and a lovely view of the mountain and the roofs of old Sofia. The apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. It is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, but this wasn't an issue for me. Kamen has been a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. I would definitely recommend his place to other guests.
