The apartment is beautifully furnished and spacious, just like advertised. It is easily accessible and situated well within the city centre so highly recommend. Although there was a slight delay in our check- in which was unfortunate, the host communicated promptly and handled the matter appropriately; all credits to Tony as he was very considerate. It was a pleasant stay and the hosts were incredibly accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at Petia and Smilen’s place! The apartment is in a modern, well-maintained building less than 200 meters from Geo Milev Park—such a great location. Despite the daytime traffic on the nearby streets, the apartment was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. There are lots of shops and amenities within walking distance, which made things super convenient. We had a couple of very minor issues, but the host was extremely responsive and helpful—everything was taken care of right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

It's a great topic, it's in the middle of the city, and it's a very calm neighborhood. There are different cuisines and markets nearby. The interior of the house is pleasant and peacefully furnished. The kitchen had everything needed. The beds and linens were quite clean. The house heating was active and despite the cold weather, we were very comfortable. The tv was smart and I could use all the apps. Very satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

Venjamin was always very gut to reach and very helpful. The apartment was clean and equipped with everyhing needed even for a longer stay. Although on a big street, there was no noice to bother. The area around is great with the park in front of the apartment, lots of cafes and restaurant and everything reachable by foot. We had a great stay. Thank you, Vanjamin.

We lived in this wonderful place for 1,5 months. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 people and a dog. The owners were very nice, met us at the house and prepared everything for our arrival, even more than we could have expected. The owners are also very fond of dogs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Also everything is as in the description and there are 2 comfortable workplaces. The flat is not new, but it was still very comfortable and cosy there. The windows of the flat overlook the patio, so it is quite quiet and a lot of greenery. The location is also good. There is a large shopping centre and several grocery shops nearby. We had a nice stay in this place!

We highly recommend this rental unit. It is very near Paradise Mall and other stores - restaurants. It is a very "walkable" area. The apartment was very clean and contained everything that was needed. The host was also very friendly, responsive to anything we asked and felt like a new friend. The apartment was also quiet and warm. (The heating works very well).

The best value for both long and short stays. We offer hosting apartments with a very kind and responsible host. The Billa market is just downstairs, and the metro and bus stations are only a one-minute walk away. Everything is excellent, and despite having many issues with my health , I was able to sleep so well and more comfortable . We also love to walk to the biggest Pulse Fitness; there is a sauna and it is quite relaxing. I truly feel at home in the new country, especially in her apartment. Thank you very much, Super host 💪😍

The apartment is beautiful, cozy, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The bathroom had a beautiful selection of toiletries, the kitchen was well equipped and with teas/coffee/sugar etc… The sofa with pull out bed was a great design feature that allowed us to set up the bed for our kids while retaining the use of the sofa. We arrived late from the airport and they still met us and showed us into the apartment. This made our check in very easy and pleasant. The area was very walkable and within easy reach of many restaurants, shops, and main areas of interest. We were very warm in the apartment even in mid-February! We would definitely rebook. Had an extremely pleasant stay at this apartment. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and Sergei was more than responsive and helpful about it. Upon arrival the host gave excellent instructions regarding entering the place. It was clean, tidy and full of all the things you might need during your stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! :)

The location was very central but on a peaceful, cozy street. The apartments are clean and modern designed. The host was prompt in answering. There are two parking lots but they are undergroung and be careful because in our case we couldn't park because we didn't enter in the car elevator due to the size of our car but no worries there are parking lots within the vicinity . Overall our staying was good, cozy and nice and the host was great, we definitely recommend it.
