Victor was attentive and helpful from the beginning and when we arrived, Denis welcomed us personally and gave us all the guidance and tips about the place, he was also very nice and receptive. Hosting M.A.R.A.V.I.L.H.O.S.A. I have no words to define the amazing weekend we spent in this magical place. When I say it was perfect is because it really was, we chose the Ranch to celebrate Our Wheat Wedding (3 years of marriage) and it was the best choice. Lisandra super polite, friendly, attentive and proactive from the first contact, welcomed us with a beautiful welcome gift, I found this gesture of affection to us formidable. The place is lovely, it has everything you need, from household items to objects of extreme good taste decoration, all very clean and organized, to the cutlery in the same position. Easy access location, with the instructions sent we did not have any problems, the place has a lot of peace and silence, outside the view that is spectacular. EVERYTHING EXACTLY WITH THE PHOTOS. Very cozy apartment, well equipped, clean and close to everything. O Jó is good people and has given all the complete instructions. I love my experience and want to come back more often. I highly recommend it!
