Wonderful location, perfect visit and very quiet.

This is the second time I've stayed at the farm, the first time was in the winter and I caught an unusual cold period, I promised to come back in the summer, and this time it was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, it has everything and more, Dona Jacira leaves everything spic and span, when you arrive you can already smell the cleanliness, everything is tidy, it's impeccable. We went in 3 families and enjoyed it a lot, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and were at peace, because the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. Dona Jacira and her husband are to be congratulated, they left everything prepared down to the smallest detail for our stay to be more than perfect. I plan to be back soon, it's already one of my favorite places.

Once again, my wife and I are in Lindoía! Very nice place! Well located, near Águas de Lindoía, Serra Negra and Monte Sião. And the house, as always, well located and comfortable! We look forward to returning soon!

The stay was wonderful! We were greeted with Easter chocolates, the house was extremely clean, towels and bed sheets impeccable! The house is very nice and comfortable, the Jacuzzi makes the stay perfect in any season of the year. Great barbecue area too and guaranteed leisure for adults and children, with trampoline, pool table and everything. The dishwasher also makes everyday life a lot easier. The host always answered questions very quickly, and her husband was very attentive too. We'll be back for sure!

I stay at Paulo’s home with my wife and son. This retreat was one of the most beautiful trip of the year so far. I recommend without a doubt. We would return anytime.

The house is great, inside a super quiet condominium. The view from the swimming pool is amazing and the photos are true to the house. All the questions were quickly answered by Ivone. I'd come back more often!

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the accommodation, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean without a bad smell or a closed house smell, on the contrary it smelled very nice. The kitchen is 100% equipped, we don't need to bring anything and we don't miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The environment is completely safe. It fit 4 cars easily inside the house, but at various times we left the cars outside to make better use of the space with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars outside, very quiet place. There is a lake in front of the house where we were able to fish and it did not smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided us with support. I highly recommend the place, especially if you're going with kids!

We spent a very pleasant weekend.The house is great and it was extremely clean.The kitchen and the barbecue area are complete,with many utensils available, we do not miss anything(I was surprised by the amount of cutlery) .Cons comfortable and smelling bedding. Super, I will certainly come back more often.

Larissa's house is a delight, very faithful to the photos, it is not a new house, but it is super cozy! We went with our family, 12 people, and it served us super well. The house is very close to the center, which makes it very easy if you need to buy something! We also took our pets, who loved the place! The fountain with drinking water is undoubtedly a plus, we enjoyed it a lot!! We spent the Easter holiday and would definitely come back!! Larissa is super nice and always ready to serve us!

We host in 3 people and I can say it was an amazing experience. The attention, cleaning of the place and the practicality to check in was sensational! From the beginning I received attention and in addition to the instructions to enter the house, they still gave me tips on what to do in the city. I'll definitely come back more often.

The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!
