A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Great accessibility to Lisbon city centre as you can reach the bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril) in 7 minutes.

There is one queen bed and three single beds, which can be arranged as one queen and one single—please let us know your preference. The swimming pool and gardens are shared.
