The house is located in the heart of a small vineyard, it guarantees you complete privacy and a magnificent view of Lisbon. the heated pool will allow you to spend a perfect romantic evening🤗 Carlota will help you solve all the questions that arise and even a little more, it was very nice to meet her. we will definitely come back

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Such a beautiful place near to the beach, local restaurants and scenic spots. Sabine and Ana are very responsive and provided us with local recommendations which helped us a lot to see Sintra when we are in town. It may be tricky if you are driving due to the tight parking space, but other than that everything else is amazing.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

we chose this beautiful house to spend a stay my wife and I with a friend, her son and daughter-in-law. Ideally located, the listing photos speak for themselves. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The bbq is of very good quality. The pool is nice and the ocean and sunset views are simply breathtaking. You are greeted by the hosts who show you around the property and finally tell you, here you are, you are at home before leaving you. Lurdes and Luis are lovely. They come every three days at the end of the day to water the vegetation, take out the trash and maintain the pool. This is done very quickly and it is possible to exchange a lot of information with them. They speak French very well. The beaches within a ten minute drive are beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Sofia was a very proactive and friendly host. All key information were promptly provided days prior to check-in. Easy self-access with the instructions provided. Rooms were ready and property was clean by the time we arrived. It is a 10-20 minutes commute to certain shops at late hours, however, the privacy is worth its keep. There is supermarket super close by, for us was unfortunate due to the time we would arrive everyday at the property meant they were always closed, but those seeking a holiday, that would be no issue. Lovely spacious living room with doors that you see straight out to the swimming pool. As we were there mainly for business purposes, we did not manage to have usage of certain available amenities - but worth to those coming in for a holiday. Sofia was also always efficient in responding, regardless of time (unethical on my part to message pas midnight) nonetheless, she would respond right away. Beautiful home and an amazing host.

Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor’s place. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated and the patio is definitely the best part. Leonor was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again :)

We had an amazing, magical stay at Casa Das Rosas. Hugo and Laura are really wonderful hosts. Please follow all their recommendations for things to do in Sintra and beyond. They really made our stay so special. The house is so nicely designed and really comfortable. The small outside sitting area on the cobblestone walkway is perfect for morning coffee. The location is great for walking. The walk to the old part of Sintra takes about 10 minutes. Take the path through the Parque Liberdade to old Sintra. You won’t be sorry . We hope to be able return to Casa Das Rosas. Thank you Hugo & Laura!

Charming house a short walk to the beach. A little off the beaten path for more tranquility (although there may be traffic on the road on weekends). Close to beach restaurants and bars, and hiking trail. Well-equipped accommodation and small touches (bottle of fresh water in the fridge, fan, umbrella, hammock). Super Clean

This place was incredibly beautiful and very well appointed. For us, it was a perfect home base to explore from. The gardens of the house were the perfect place to relax and the views were incredibly beautiful. Host was very responsive and helpful with local logistics (we were coming without a car). The only drawback is that the house was quite damp - especially the main bedroom - but even knowing that I'd be tempted to return because of how beautiful it was.

Very nice accommodation, quiet and perfectly clean, ideal for a relaxing stay. Just 5 minutes from the beach by Uber, the location is great! Clean, presentable, and a well curated use of space for a studio apartment. The charm of the property and delightful balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the dappled evening sunshine was perfect! We had everything we could possibly need, and the location to the local beach and station was ideal! Maria Jose's house was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. Plenty of space indoors & outside. good location for beach ,park,shops & restaurants. All within walking distance. we didn't hire a car .used Bolt & Uber to get into Lisbon a couple of times. Maria was very flexible with check in & checkout times We were able to check in early which was a big bonus. recommendations for local places to shop & eat were much appreciated.very attentive host. definitely recommend

Lovely stay for a few days, very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Place was tastefully decorated and just as pictured with a really responsive host! Would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous accommodations. Helpful that luggage could be checked into hotel ahead of time since we had 2 different tours booked with a guide and unit wasn’t available prior to 3pm. Very clean, loved having own en-suite bathrooms for each room. Would stay here again and again!

Very well designed place .. it’s a very quiet and private newly renovated house .. someone put a lot of thought into the architecture and design of every detail .. agent was very easy to communicate with .. everything was perfect

Antonio made us very welcome to the beautiful flat and superb balcony. he left us cakes and biscuits and some fruit as well and updating us with local places to eat and local cultural events. will be back again, the flat is ideally placed for access to the beaches, and a 20 euro Uber to central Lisbon. everything was clean and comfortable for us. highly recommended!

I really liked the apartment! It is located in a beautiful and quiet place with stunning views of the Tagus River (or, perhaps, the ocean — I'm not sure). I was especially pleased with the spacious terrace, which offers a magnificent view. It is pleasant to have breakfast or dinner here, enjoying the atmosphere and silence. The location is excellent — quiet, cozy, everything you need is nearby. The apartment itself is bright, clean and very comfortable, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy accommodation with a great view and a calm atmosphere!

This was a great stay and in such a beautiful place. The house is well maintained with updated appliances, furnitures and equipped kitchen. Good way to be close to Lisbon but feel like you are in a quiet rural area. The ferry to Lisbon is literally next door. The restaurants are great. There is parking for the car. The very best is that Nuno the owner is amazingly available and helpful in any advice that you need. Even though he had traveled, he responded promptly to everyone of my messages and gave me great recommendations. Thank you so much Nuno for making this stay pleasant.
