We loved our stay at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids loved the downstairs entertainment room. They had a blast playing music and dancing. The neighborhood was really nice. We walked to a park a short distance away. It had a playground and skateboard riding park. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s hard to know where to start so I’ll go inside out. All of the bedrooms were spectacular especially the master. The bathrooms are clean and up-to-date, luxurious! The kitchen was spacious and modern. I even took pictures for some inspiration for my own house. TVs in almost every room was very convenient and the living room was fantastic. Now moving to the outside, the pool was spectacular. The hot tub was great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Not to mention the fact that the land landscaping was beautiful as well. Sitting on the back porch, enjoying a morning cup of coffee was a great start to the day. The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet, and very family friendly. The Host was exceptional. I hadn’t mentioned that I drive an EV and one of the reasons I picked this location is because it has a charger. When I got there, I messaged the host and he was very responsive and came out the next day to hook it up. 5 stars!!! We would definitely rebook when visiting again!

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional! My family and I enjoyed every moment spent in this wonderful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spotless cleanliness and stylish decor. House was beautiful and quiet. Great for family vacation. Rooms were filled with adequate supplies. Towels and toiletries included. Would recommend to everyone! Close proximity to Duluth. 30 mins away from ATL activities if no traffic.

This was me and family 1st time staying @ a AirBNB and it was a great experience that we would definitely do again. Our host home was very clean, peaceful and quiet. I definitely was very impressed with the response time whenever I had a question. Hopefully my next host and stay will be as great as this was. High marks for 1st experience!!!

This was the perfect place to host my family while they were in town. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The home decor was gorgeous and the supply of appliances made it easy to cook at home. Lots of cool extras in the garage for youth and the bedrooms on the main floor was great for our older family members

Beautiful home and looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, decorated nicely, and quiet. Truly felt like our own home. Also, Robert was an AMAZING host…responsive, friendly, and even put up 2 brand new tvs during our stay due to the remotes not working. Whenever we have family in town, we will def book Roberts place again. Thank you again Robert for your AMAZING hospitality and home!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay in Georgia. It’s so quiet, beautiful, and you feel right at home. We have 2 little kids and 1 baby and there was so much for them to do and play with. The host responded almost immediately and accommodated our every need. Our favorite spot in the house was the back patio overlooking the pond and land (amazing with morning coffee by the way). It’s definitely a hidden gem. We can’t wait to book again.

Great house, very spacious, and Cesar was a great host!!

What a great place to stay. The kitchen is very open and easy to move about and cook in. The front porch with comfortable rocking chairs was a great place to drink my coffee in the morning while watching the horse and sheep play in the paddock. Large TVs in the living room and master were great to watch and unwind when the sun went down. The new Chick fil A opened on the second day of our stay and is only a half mile away. Mamas tacos is also in the same area and was delicious. Unfortunately we lost hot water on the last night but even then Francisco was immediately responsive and working on getting it checked and repaired. I would stay here again any time. Highly recommended!

Aba is very responsive to any requests, needs, or recommendations. This was our second time and he has definitely become a fan favorite and a home away from home for us.

Definitely one of the most amazing places we have stayed at. Everything was labeled light wise on where it went to and if it needed to be kept up or not. The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. La'Metruis even had small tooth brushes and toothpaste out in the bathrooms for each person staying. The attention to detail was amazing and we will definitely rebook if we ever head that way again.

This was my second time staying there. I work in Conyers, Ga once every 6 weeks and his place is only 15 mins. from work and easy to get there. House is nice with 3 nice bedrooms. Clean and very homely. Thanks James and I will probably see you again soon. Judy
