We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Mary for letting us stay at your cottage, we had a great time and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway! The hot tub was immaculate and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was tidy and comfy, and the location is great - close to some really nice walks and villages. Hope we get the chance to come back!

Highly recommend for a peaceful break. Watching the stars in the hot tub with an owl flying over was particularly magical.

We went for our friend’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The hot tub and Sauna was just lovely and very relaxing. Lovely cottage perfect for 4 people. The host was very responsive and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby. I would advise to come to Diss by car as the cab service was not great so had difficulty getting about. You have to book cabs in advance. Overall it was Great weekend

Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

Booked for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday! An unbelievable place to stay with such wonderful hosts, incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had. The outdoor bath/hot tub with the view is such an amazing addition. Everything is perfect about this place, would recommend to anyone and everyone and will definitely be back to stay here again!

We just spent 3 nights at Rivenhall Place and it feels like we’ve returned from a week in Tuscany! It was a truly special holiday and I can’t believe we were only an hour or so from home. We got really lucky with the weather so my husband, two daughters (ages 3 and 3 months) and I spent all day by the incredible pool and exploring the grounds. My eldest daughter especially enjoyed saying hi to the alpacas, sheep, geese and horses. We didn’t leave the property once (thanks to the Waitrose delivery) as it had everything we needed for a short break away as a family. Donna and her family made us feel so welcome and I can vouch for her infamous lemon cake - it is truly the best I’ve ever had!

Philip was a great host, he left us some welcome treats at the house and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. It was a home away from home. Only a short walk to the beach which was lovely and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing little cozy cottage. Beautifully furnished, great aesthetic. Welcoming food items were a lovely touch along with items in the bathroom in case you forget to bring essentials. Lovely little kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc means you can knock up a meal during your stay. Almost at the edge of the village, with literally minutes walk to miles and miles of bridleways and footpaths through gorgeous countryside. Very Very quiet location to get away from it all. I walked the dog to the white horse pub (10 mins) in the evening and regretted not having a torch as there were no street lights for most of the route. Fantastic communication and flexible arrival departure times when able. Wifi is a little limited compared to the full fibre at home but you are right out in the countryside. It's adequate enough for email and browsing.

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

White Cottage was exactly as described and did not disappoint. It had very modern amenities in a quirky wrapping, as we loved the low ceilings and uneven floors. Its central position in Beccles meant we did not use the car at all, but walked or bussed everywhere and it was so easy to go out for a meal or drink in the evening. We have never had such comprehensive instructions and links to all the manuals for TV, dishwasher etc.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous cottage. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable furnishings and good location for access to all amenities. 5 min walk to Southwold Pier/beach and just a stroll to pubs/restaurants/high street.

We were visiting relations who live within walking distance so the location was perfect for us. We particularly liked the tranquility - just sitting in the garden was wonderful. All the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality although we did not use much as we ate out and only cooked one slice of toast! Two tiny requests 1. A hand towel in the kitchen would be useful - didn't actually matter to us as there are only two of us and there were 4 sets of towels in the property and 2. it would be great of the contents of the excellent welcome pack were included in the website and the welcoming email so that we could have avoided a little waste

Our stay at Cissy’s Cottage was everything we could have wanted and more. The place itself was so lovely, comfortable and felt like a true countryside escape. We loved every second. There are tons of stunning local walks around the area as well as a lovely, delicious farm shop just down the road. Our hosts Bev and Martin were kind, thoughtful and very helpful with local recommendations. I could not recommend this stay enough for those wanting to feel comfortable and at peace in the countryside.

We were visiting Norfolk for a long weekend and The Snug fitted the bill. It was clean, comfortable and James communicated very well and met us on arrival. Comfortable bed and great shower. Although kitchen is small, it suited us and it was good to be able to make a cup of tea on our arrival after a long drive. Local shop a short walk away provided the few groceries we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Chris and Heidi’s place - they are fantastic hosts and the space itself is so lovely! It’s dog friendly, with a beautiful garden and everything you could need in the kitchen, with some added treats! They really have thought of all the special details and we felt right at home. The area is gorgeous, quick drive from Snape Maltings, other small villages and importantly - a short walk from a lovely village pub called The Ship. We’re already planning a trip back!

We’ve had a lovely stay in Suffolk and staying at The Dairy certainly played its part in the success of our short break. The location was so peaceful and the accommodation very comfortable, with everything provided that we could possibly need, along with a magnificent thunderstorm thrown in for good measure. Debbie was very easy to communicate with, and extremely welcoming.

A cosy cottage with beautiful gardens in a peaceful location. Only a short car ride to RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich Heath and lovely Southwold, but we were just as happy watching the birdlife around the cottage or walking on the heathland just down the road. Steve & Feri gave us a warm welcome and their cottage was absolutely perfect.

absolutely loved our time here. the barn was beautiful and our family felt right at home. Gorgeous setting and a very chilled vibe. Thanks for letting us stay at this wonderful property
