Caitlin’s home is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! The pictures are very accurate but it’s way prettier in person. A must see! The area is so peaceful and the locals are very friendly. Just overall one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will 100% stay again. ❤️

The host’s driving directions were perfect. Check-in was easy. The house was great, especially the game room and hot tub. Full kitchen for cooking with plenty of cooking and eating ware. Great hosts and quick responses. They even left the kids some hidden Easter eggs to celebrate the holiday. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

Great house! Comfortable and well equipped for groups. Peaceful surroundings and overall privacy made this a memorable getaway.

There are so many things to say about our week at Jordan and Jenn’s! - clean - perfect location (we hike MANY miles within an hr of the cottage. Also many waterfalls) - awesome hosts who answered all of our questions and when we had an AC issue they got someone out there asap to fix it - SO many thoughtfully stocked items. From toys for the kids to kitchen items. Plenty of linens and towels. - hot tub was amazing - view was absolutely spectacular - we had 2 big families stay with plenty of space A perfect place to unwind after a long day. We had such an awesome week and made so many great memories. We are so happy they shared their special place with us and we felt completely at home. We felt totally safe in the quiet area with views all over the place. I can confidently say it was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Anyone who chooses to stay at Grace's place is in for an eternal treat! In the early morning dozen of deer came by, joined by the soft mooing of cows duetting with the symphony of songbirds. At night we were shocked to see SO MANY STARS as well as FIREFLIES (in April). What a treat. The hosts are a wonderful, genuinely caring family. The frig/pantry/cabinets all have extras, plenty of supplies, and if you need a thing, "family" is just a hop away with swift aid. Such wonderfully comfortable beds---just like home---and the house was super clean. The living room couches were lovely, lush indulgence as we read our books. We were delighted to find ample hot water for bath time leisure/relaxation. A bit of heaven on earth!

This is my third stay at "The Den" and I about love every moment. Kevin & Sherri are phenomenal hosts, always accommodating and right there to answer any question within minutes. absolutely gorgeous place, very peaceful and private. I highly recommend this place for a small family looking to get away. It is very clean and full of very modern appliances and TV. it's like going on vacation and stepping into your home away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone and will tell others. Thank you Kevin and Sherry for hosting us this third time it is always a pleasure to stay with you, we will be back in October.

This is a nice spot — peaceful and pleasant. The house is very nicely appointed. Everything is new or nearly new. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It’s within easy driving distance to Cookeville. Sadie was super responsive and friendly and flexible. Would recommend!

This is a quaint, clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stay longer. The home is nothing fancy but is nicely decorated and you feel right at home. It was very convenient for our event at Leeric Lodge, getting to Baxter and Cookeville and local hiking. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels are nice. It is in a wooded location, so guests need to be aware of uneven ground and tree stumps which could be a mobility issue for some guests. It's quiet and plenty of wildlife around. Breanna gave good communication and got back with us immediately when we had questions. Wifi and TVs worked fine even in the stormy weather. It does have a small water heater so if more than two guests shower after each other you may run out of hot water. For us, that was not a problem. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate staying there again.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Perfect lay out for people with us. 2 bedrooms downstairs for older family members easy to access. Everyone upstairs comfortable, not crowded. Homey and pleasant. Enjoyed being with family (not a usual thing for us). Before and after wedding of our youngest son. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. Easy in and easy out. We really appreciate it.

Honestly, at the top of the list of places i've stayed in regards to Airbnbs. Super Clean, Super easy to work with. The Amenities & little guest gifts were Awesome!! Beautiful Place , 10000/10 recommend

This was the perfect spot while we were visiting family nearby in Murfreesboro. The house and location are charming. My kids loved it too.

The 2 house combo was perfect for what we needed. It accomodated all of our needs. Everything was clean and neat and well maintained. It had a "classic old home" feel to it. Both houses had a sort of fun, eccentric vibe to them. And the hosts responded quickly and sufficiently every time I asked a question. Thanks!

We didn’t want to leave!! The rental was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We enjoyed the fishing pond, the paddle boat, and the hot tub on multiple occasions! The kitchen was spotless and the beds, very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! As my family suffers from fragrance allergies we appreciated the lack of perfumes and plug ins. We visited The Farmhouse Finds antiques and food business also run by the hosts and were welcomed with hospitality like I’ve never experienced before. The kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all the necessities. In our next visit to TN we will be booking this rental again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful, peaceful setting with space to walk. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and Emily was always quick to respond. We will be back the next time we visit family.

This cabin in the woods is homey and cozy. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was stocked with appropriate gadgets, utensils. pots and pans. The place was clean and comfortable for our adult party of 5. Would I rent it again? Yes, we would. Michelle's notebook was comprehensive and she was responsive to questions. The dishwasher is small and a countertop model. Not a problem because we just used coffee mugs and silverware. Everything else we planned was disposable. This leads to garbage. Our stay was 8 days so we did have to take a few bags of garbage to the county dumpsters. No washer and dryer onsite and Michelle did mention that. Because our stay was so long, we had to visit the laundromat. I recommend the one in McMinnville not the the one in Smithville. We had a great time and were fortunate to find this property that was pet friendly. Our dog Max totally enjoyed the walks in the woods and the state park. The front porch was awesome.

The pictures do not do justice. I came with a six person family and we all felt very at home. The place is very clean and they made all the appropriate renovations needed to make you feel comfortable. The snacks they have out are surprisingly helpful when you arrive not having gone to the grocery. I’ve never stayed at a ‘permanent home’ Airbnb but my family loved ‘learning’ about the residence by viewing their photos. The host was EXTREMELY responsive so that will not be an issue. The only downside is the actual beds. It was not an issue for us because we are easy going but there were air mattresses and the king bed sinks in the middle. Overall wonderful stay!!

The house was great, super clean. Very friendly host. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I hope this place will be available next year for our event.

We had 6 small family units comfortably stay at Connie and Brent's home! Each family had a private bedroom with a variety of beds. There were good common spaces to accommodate us as well! The kitchen had a great variety of appliances, utensils, pans and dishes that made our meals preps go really well! Thank you, Connie and Brent!
