Un séjour juste parfait dans le logement d'Ervin. Tout correspondait, réponse rapide, nous avons eu du retard pour notre arrivée Ervin a fait preuve de compréhension et nous a attendu. Un accueil parfait, logement propre et de bonne qualité. Des conseils sur les activités et restaurants a proximité. Vraiment un séjour parfait dans un cadre sympathique et calme. A répondu parfaitement a ce qu'on peut attendre de ce type de prestations. Nous recommandons.

We really enjoyed staying with Mikeala. We had a warm welcome and got good tips for the area. This place is spotless, huge and pacefull with an amazing private balcony with sunbeds. Easy walk to the old town l, and bakery around the corner for breakfast.

Sinisa is a great guy, he will help you with everything you need. We helped us with the washing machine and gave us some missing kitchen items. The pool was great, we chilled in it a lot. The room is god aswell, just a great stay in many aspects!

Bel appartement, confortable, jolie petite piscine commune.

We had the most wonderful holiday here in Kraljevica. The appartement is small, but has everything we needed: pots and pans, a good bathroom, a comfortable bed and a great view. Located so close to the sea we enjoyed swimming very often. There were lovely neighbors and very nice people at the beach. The bakery and the coffeeshop saw us every day, the two shops had all the necessary things we needed. The weather varied from a hot summersday to storm and rain and back to warm and sunny. We always had long walks at the waterfront and our dog was delighted. So were we! Thank you so much! We will never forget it!

Verica je susretljiv domaćin. Komunikacija s njom je bila odlična. Apartman je super i ima sve što vam je potrebno. Preporučam!

Wir hatten - trotz teilweise schlechten Wetters - eine super Zeit in Njivice. Štefica ist eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin, genau wie ihr Mann. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich leckere Präsente aus der Region, sogar für unseren Hund war etwas dabei. Das war wirklich toll!! Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es gut 15 min zu Fuss, wir haben meist das Fahrrad genommen. Der Ort ist klein, aber chic. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Hundestrand beim Campingplatz (zumindest für Hundebesitzer). Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub - das Apartment ist für 2 (mit Hund) sehr zu empfehlen. Fantastische Moderne Wohnung, Drazen war herzlich und aufmerksam und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Checkin und abreise waren absolut unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung

Die kommunikation mit jana war sehr gut, das appartement hatte alles was es braucht und ist frisch renoviert. genug parkplätze, gutes wlan und wir wurden mit schockolade und wein aus der region begrüsst! würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

A very classy apartment! The place looks great in the photos but it's even better in reality. Everything appeared brand new and the apartment is very high spec. The building was also very quiet at night and we slept very well.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit je einem Kind und hatten die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, genossen die Nähe zum Meer und die Kinder hatten den Pool für sich alleine. Die 2 Badezimmer waren perfekt für uns sowie die ruhige Umgebung. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Unser Kind bekam sogar ein kleines Geschenk zum Geburtstag ☺️

It was our 10th time in Opatija and 2nd time in Plaza Apartments. Everything was perfect, the arrival was very flexible, the apartment is spotless and cozy, very comfortable. It has everything you need. But the main thing is the location, which is just fabulous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for another great stay!

Appartement dans maison très agréable. Possibilité de randonner vers certaines criques directement depuis le logement. 10 min en voiture des plages. Boni est une hôte très agréable et très attentive à vos besoins. Nous conseillons ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Such a lovely apartment, complete with shared pool and a private pool and terrace, which was absolutely perfect. Clean, great size, comfy beds. Branko is such a lovely, kind host on hand to support and make recommendations if needed. The location is an ideal walk just minutes from the Marina and beach areas too…we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Vorsaison Mitte April war besonders entspannt, da noch nicht viel los war. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die lockeren Fliesen auf der Terrasse, die mir wegen der Kinder kurz Sorge bereitet haben – insgesamt jedoch kein nennenswertes Problem. Die geschlossene Wohnanlage ist ideal für alle, die Wert auf Privatsphäre und Sicherheit legen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Triest ist die Lage perfekt, und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos. Die vorab erhaltenen Anleitungen zur Anlage und zum Parken waren klar und sehr hilfreich. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
