We recently stayed in this lovely apartment and I have nothing but praise! The place was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The interior and exterior are extremely charming and well-designed, providing warmth and comfort. Also, the location of the apartment is phenomenal - close to the city center and all the main attractions, but in a quiet environment that allows for a quiet vacation. Host Sonja was extremely friendly and willing to help us every step of the way. If we ever get back to Pazin, we know where to go.

We came for the SeaSunSalsa festival, the appartment is located in a 9 mim walk away from the main festival location and 4 min away to the port. It was a pleasure to be on Sara's appartment. She is a great Host and we felt really confortable in the appartment. Hope to be here next year as well.

Daniela was an amazing host. The place was really clean and looked like in photos. The apartment is really close to the beach. We also come to Rovinj every year since 2018 and in the next year we will choose Daniela and her apartment once again!

The apartment was tip-top. Very tidy. Most beautiful location overlooking the old bale. Communication with the hosts is very easy In the apartment itself, everything you need is available. Unfortunately, the mattress is a bit through.

the accommodation exceeded the expectation from the photos, we did not enjoy it much because we were on the roads but it is close to the center with its own parking clean terraces, so it is necessary to take steps (not suitable for disabled or with strollers). There are three spacious terraces. The apartment is sunny, fully equipped, in a quiet environment, two toilets, to the beach or to the center is a few minutes walk. Good access by car with two parking spaces. The owner is attentive to her guests, which was evidenced by little attention in the house when she arrived :-). We'd love to go back. Andrei

Impeccable experience! Anita is a magnificent host, upon our arrival she made us find a bottle of red wine, grappa, oil and herbs for homemade meats of her own production. Nothing was missing in the house, from cooking salt, to vinegar, to the option to choose between two different pillows, but above all, the Italian coffee machine! Very convenient private parking covered from the sun. If you want to feel at home even on vacation, Anita is the host for you.

The host was great to meet us on check in and check out. Responsive to communication. Well stocked kitchen. Like other reviewers, the shower is quite tight. Amazing to have free parking and minutes to Rovinj habour, restaurants, shops and amazing sunsets.

Great apartment with everything you need as a family of 4. Thought of everything. Super large pool. Everything top clean. To the shopping center 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot (Lidl, Kaufland, Hervis Sport, New Yorker,…..). Center Porec and beach approx. 3 km.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was huge, the furnishing is cozy and modern at the same time with an amazing view from the balcony. It ist very close to the beach, with a beatiful bay - perfekt for stand-up paddling, snorkeling or simply swimming. Oksana was a very attentive and super friendly host. I had a wonderful two-week stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Rovinj's old town. The location couldn't be better—situated near the centre and just a short stroll away from numerous restaurants, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and charm. We stayed in Grožnjan for 3 days in Edina's place and it was very nice. It is near the starting point to Parenzana and also a 20 min drive away from the sea. Cute place.

Absolutely loved the place and the host. The garden and the view are incredible. Verica was extremely friendly and flexible when it came to check-in. Can't wait to visit again.

I had a great time - nice location the host was attentive and the place was clean and handy. I recommend it. Mosquitos in August can be a problem - mosquitos nets on the windows could be a great improvement

The property is recommended in every respect. Alenka and Diego are great hosts, always helpful but not intrusive. We immediately felt comfortable. The view is simply fantastic and beautiful. We lacked nothing. It was very clean and well maintained. Parking is available at the property.

Great location in the middle of everything! We stayed with our two children who easily slept in the twin bedroom. AC only in the main room worked out fine for the temperatures we had. One thing we noticed was that the door did not seem to close to the main bedroom due to the bed’s position; we didn’t mind so didn’t try to adjust the position of it. The kitchen had everything you would need and the whole place was very clean. We appreciated the helpful parking tips!

My partner and I stayed for 4 days and had a great time ! Marijan and his wife were very kind, hospitable, and thoughtful. They welcomed us in a very friendly way and were available for our requests. The apartment respected all the features listed, a great location a 10-minute drive from the center of Rovinj. Super recommended!!

Vladimir's place is very nice! Everything newly renovated and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. The beach is very close (about 2-3 minutes walk)!

Excellent location, apartment and the price

The house is well-stocked and equipped. Very clean! The garden is beautiful as well as the picnic area! Everything went very well and the accommodation was perfect! Communication with the owner was clear and friendly! I would highly recommend it!

Mladen and his family made us feel very welcome with local recommendations, an amazing breakfast and beach suggestions. The apartment had a spectacular view and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as local beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters and amazing local restaurants.
