Beachfront vacation rentals in Slovene Riviera

We loved the place! We immediately felt comfortable because the apartment is beautifully bright and open. The view of Umag and the bay is beautiful and the highlight. You have everything you need there and you are right in the center and can walk to everything. We will be happy to come back ! Thanks Boris

The place in Brzac is great, as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Dominik was always available for questions. The location is easily accessible, but there is not much going on in Brzac itself. Two taverns are within walking distance, in about 20 minutes (1.3 km). The path to the swimming area is quite arduous - but it's worth it. We had a great vacation and would like to take this opportunity to thank our host again.

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, large apartment with great views of Piran from the roof terrace. Roman and Kathi respond immediately to messages if something is unclear.

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! We had a wonderful time with our baby and dogs in Iza's bungalow. Her parents are wonderful, very nice, helpful people. Simply people with a heart. ❤️ Everything was as advertised, very clean and nice. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. We recommend Iza and her parents' place to everyone warmly and without hesitation. Thanks very much for this wonderful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

The place is a dream, everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 children, there was enough space for everyone. The pool was super well maintained, outdoor kitchens amazing, amenities excellent. There was even shower gel in the bathrooms (new and sealed). Grégor the owner is very accommodating. On the day of arrival, he had stocked a fruit bowl and the fridge with drinks. The place is highly recommended. Thanks Gregor and his family for a great vacation.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. As an „older“ couple we really enjoyed a perfect week in Bale. It‘s a real nice, organically grown, little town with good restaurants, a supermarket and not too far from the beach. The apartment in Istra Soley (we had the top floor with a private roof terasse) exceeded all our expectations - well equipped, super clean and quiet. We also used the garden with swimming pool regularly. Davor, the owner, is a role model of a perfect host, friendly, always accessible, helping with all questions or giving recommendations. He loves what he is doing - and you can see and feel it every day!

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Natasa went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was nice and clean and services were offered that are not self-evident for an accommodation. The pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily and bath towels were offered clean (upon request). Upon arrival we were welcomed with local wines and cakes and during the stay we received treats offered by Natasa. In short, she went out of her way to give us a top vacation.

Really top accommodation with private pool and barbecue area! Quiet but still very well located. Super friendly and helpful hosts who make you feel right at home! :)

All around it was a very nice vacation! The apartment and the outdoor area matched the photos. There were fresh figs, crêpes with chocolate and fig jam almost daily and even a farewell gift for everyone. The apartment is in a quiet location. But you can easily walk to several small supermarkets, restaurants, a very good bakery and playgrounds.

Amazing house boat with all equipment needed! Super clean and modern and the location in the marina is just stunning. It was amazing to wake up there and enjoy the rooftop!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Being from Trieste I knew the area very well and obviously it satisfied me fully… being able to stay in bed in the evening and listen to the waves of the sea is priceless. Waking up in the morning and the first thing I see is the sea, that's what I was looking for. The house is simply beautiful, we expected the house and instead the host left a filled refrigerator and in the morning we were able to enjoy breakfast while admiring the sea. I recommend it to everyone!!!

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

Very helpful host and wonderful location next to the sea

Boris is an accommodating, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is magnificent and offers ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time at all, you can reach the sea and choose between different bays or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to inflowing groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellently and catch many different fish species with good size. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" always seems to be open and offers delicious snacks and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping is nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.
