We really enjoyed staying with Mikeala. We had a warm welcome and got good tips for the area. This place is spotless, huge and pacefull with an amazing private balcony with sunbeds. Easy walk to the old town l, and bakery around the corner for breakfast.

Sinisa is a great guy, he will help you with everything you need. We helped us with the washing machine and gave us some missing kitchen items. The pool was great, we chilled in it a lot. The room is god aswell, just a great stay in many aspects!

We had the most wonderful holiday here in Kraljevica. The appartement is small, but has everything we needed: pots and pans, a good bathroom, a comfortable bed and a great view. Located so close to the sea we enjoyed swimming very often. There were lovely neighbors and very nice people at the beach. The bakery and the coffeeshop saw us every day, the two shops had all the necessary things we needed. The weather varied from a hot summersday to storm and rain and back to warm and sunny. We always had long walks at the waterfront and our dog was delighted. So were we! Thank you so much! We will never forget it!

A very classy apartment! The place looks great in the photos but it's even better in reality. Everything appeared brand new and the apartment is very high spec. The building was also very quiet at night and we slept very well.

We were 2 families with one child each and had the ground floor apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the children had the pool to themselves. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for us as well as the quiet surroundings. We would definitely come back. Our child even got a small birthday gift ☺️

It was our 10th time in Opatija and 2nd time in Plaza Apartments. Everything was perfect, the arrival was very flexible, the apartment is spotless and cozy, very comfortable. Apartment in a lovely house. Possibility to hike some coves directly from the property. 10 min drive to the beaches. Boni is a very nice host and very attentive to your needs. We recommend this place where we had a lovely time.

Such a lovely apartment, complete with shared pool and a private pool and terrace, which was absolutely perfect. Clean, great size, comfy beds. Branko is such a lovely, kind host on hand to support and make recommendations if needed. The location is an ideal walk just minutes from the Marina and beach areas too…we loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

Our stay in the preseason in mid-April was particularly relaxed, as there was not much going on yet. The apartment is modernly furnished, very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The only small downside was the loose tiles on the terrace, which worried me briefly because of the children – but overall, it was not a significant problem. The closed residential complex is ideal for those who value privacy and security. As a starting point for trips to Trieste, the location is perfect, and communication with the host went smoothly. The instructions received in advance for the facility and parking were clear and very helpful. I would recommend this place anytime!
