Vacation rentals with a sauna in Slovene Riviera

The apartment of Matej and Andreja was very stylishly decorated and very well equipped. Our highlight was definitely the sauna in the bathroom, which we could use at any time! The property is perfectly located for excursions in the area (Postojna and Skocjan Cave). Supermarket is a 5-minute walk. Matej and Andreja were both very warm, gave us recommendations for the area and were just great hosts!! We really enjoyed the stay :)

Nice little ground floor appartment. The infrared sauna is a bonus.

Good communication with the owner. The place is very nice and comfortable. It has enough privacy and a cute little terrace that I enjoyed very much. The location is very good, close enough to everything you need. I recommend a stay at this apartment.

Amazing views. Entire Rabac's marina and bay is right in front of you, just kick back and enjoy.

The apartment matches the description. It is clean and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area is great and you can walk to downtown in a short time. Daniele has always been very attentive to us. Highly recommended!

Very nice and well maintained apartment, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and private parking in the underground garage. Highly recommended!

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

A beautiful house in which nothing was missing. Very quiet location, but good starting point for all activities. Very good communication with host, quick answers and helpful tips!

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

The personal contact was excellent. From the personal key handover to inquiries during the stay, the landlord was always there for us. The house is super clean and very large (we were 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog). The kitchen and all other rooms were superbly equipped - nothing was missing. We would definitely book the house again!

Emanuel is one of the nicest people we ever met. He is really an example of what host should act like! In addition to everything being as described, he oferred us flexible check-in, prepared gifts for us when we arrived, and also another one when we left. He is very responsive if you need anything, always ready to help. House and the garden are great, offers much more than you need in all aspects- description is spot on. In addition beaches, stores, city center are all very close, if you are slightly active, all within walking distance. In short, if you plan to come to Novigrad, Villa MOLO is a great choice. Highly recommend it.
