Το σπίτι έχει μια απίστευτη Θέα. Είναι πάρα πολύ καλό εσωτερικά και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και όλον το απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό ώστε να μπορείς να απολαύσεις τη διαμονή σου. Θα πρέπει να βελτίωση τον εξοπλισμό πισίνας (ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες) . Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντοτε πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει . Ο δρόμος είναι λίγο πρόβλημα αν έχεις μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο αλλά η θέα , η ιδιωτικότητα και η ησυχία σε αποζημιώνει. Θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά

Mapia normal bir hizmetin ötesinde bir hizmet sağladı. hizmet kapsamında olmasa bile ihtiyaç duyuldugunda anında hazırdı. gerektiğinde hemen yardıma koşan mükemmel bir komşu gibiydi. neredeyse dışardan yiyecek almamiza gerek kalmayacak kadar leziz yiyecekler sundu. Kocası Michael ve kendisi çok harika insanlar. Ev denize 10 dakika uzakta tepe bir yerde. ilk basta kulağa hoş gelmeyebilir. ama yaz aylarında akşamları ve sabahları harika serinlik için çok iyi bir tercih. aynı zamanda harika deniz manzaralı bir yer..

Lovely, well appointed apartment with a terraced garden and spectacular views over the Aegean Sea. There is a beautiful beach about 5 mins drive down from the house as well as a few local restaurants.

η διαμονη μας στο σπιτι του αυγερινου ηταν εξαιρετικη. το σπιτακι ειναι παραδοσιακα διακοσμημενο, καθαρο πολυ ομορφο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο. ολες οι οικειακες συσκευες λειτουργουν, η παραλια ειναι στα 6 λεπτα με τα ποδια και το σουπερμαρκετ στα 2 λεπτα. ο Αυγερινος πολυ ευγενικος και καλοσυνατος. δεν εχω να πω κατι αρνητικο. μοναχα οτι για να πας στη χωρα θελει αμαξι, αλλα αυτο το ξεραμε. αν ξαναπαμε στη Σκυρο σιγουρα θα μεινουμε παλι εκει. πραγματικα αξιζε τα λεφτα του. το συνηστω ανεπιφυλακτα

It was a real experience to stay at Nikos' house, it is very traditional. Mind your head though if you are over 1.80 tall. Nikos is a real super host and I loved every single minute of my two week stay here, but if you're looking for luxury don't book it. If you would like to experience a traditional house on Skyros, you must book it. Everything is on walking distance, if you walk well. Thank you Nikos for your hospitality!

Το ακίνητο ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Σε κεντρικό και απολύτως ήσυχο μέρος, με πλακόστρωτη αυλή όπου τα παιδιά καταχάρηκαν χωρίς φόβο για οποιοδήποτε ανεπιθύμητο ατύχημα. Αρχικοί φόβοι για ζέστη λόγω ύπαρξης ενός μόνο κλιματιστικού που είχαμε αποδείχθηκαν λανθασμένοι. Αν στόχος είναι οικογενειακές διακοπές με ηρεμία, χρόνο με τα παιδιά μέσα στη φύση το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Η οικοδέσποινα Μαρία, ήταν ευγενέστατη, και παρόν όπου τη χρειαστήκαμε. Θα επισκεφθούμε ξανά αυτό το υπέροχο νησί και το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα

Το σπίτι της Έλενας είναι ακόμα καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Φοβερή αισθητικη με πολλά παραδοσιακά στοιχεία, πεντακάθαρο , άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.Η αυλη εξαιρετικη!!!η Έλενα και η οικογένειά της πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!!!ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενια!

The house was close to the beach. The place could accommodate 8 persons. It was clean. It has a lot of windows and spaces to see the view of the sea from the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Anastasia's house. House had everything we needed for our stay on the island.

Pefkos paradise really deserves its name: it is a paradise!!! The location is amazing with a stunning view, the swimming pool is great and the house is really beautiful. We loved the absolute quietness of the aerea. Kostas was very helpful any time we needed some and very kind as well. We loved everything!!! We’ll come back for sure. Thank you 😊

Had an amazing short stay in this amazing villa with friends and family. The place is ideal for holidays. The pictures are very accurate. What I want to highlight that probably other reviews don't mention thoroughly is the attention to detail the hosts have. All places are well thought out and have spot-on amenities - for example, a bar next to the swimming pool, fridges in all the different places you might stay, two types of grills (gas/charcoal) - and even a telescope! I could see that Nikiforos and his wife, not only have good taste, but really think things through. I cannot recommend enough his place, and this couple - super friendly thoughtful, and helpful for everything. 5 stars hands down, and an amazing overall experience. The only downside was that we had to abruptly leave the place, due to wildfires in the area - as instructed by the authorities. :-(

We had a wonderful stay at Marilou's apartment. It was comfortable, incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our 3 nights away. The view is absolutely fantastic and the balcony was a lovely place to relax. The pool was great and we explored three of the beautiful beaches around the island that Marilou suggested.

Came to Skyros Island from Australia to experience a different type of Greek island life -away from the many tourists and hustle of bustle of the more popular islands. Not only did the island not disappoint but can say that hosts like Kostas and Viola are rare. Our stay at Pefkos House together with our fantastic hosts - Kostas and Viola have made this trip to Greece a very memorable one. The house was super clean and very comfortable with 180 degree views to take in every day. On our last night, we were invited by our hosts to a beautiful home cooked Greek dinner at their place under a beautiful night sky. Would definitely love to come back again!!

A ház fantasztikus kilátással rendelkezik a hegyre és a tengerre, a beltér mediterrán stílusban ízlésesen van berendezve, több családnak is kényelmes elosztással. Azt hittük, a klíma hiánya kellemetlen lesz ha hőség van, de a hálószobákban lévő mennyezeti ventillátorok elegendőek voltak éjszaka. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető közeli strand, bevásárlási lehetőség, nagyobb település elérhető. Hosszabb ott tartózkodásra is alkalmas lehet, mert teljesen felszerelt konyha, fürdőszoba áll rendelkezésre. A tulajdonos mindig gyorsan és kedvesen válaszolt a felmerülő kérdésekre vagy problémákra, könnyen ment a kommunikáció.
