We stayed at this place for a week and were super satisfied from start to finish. Lenka always responded to messages quickly and was able to solve problems quickly. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. We can only recommend it and would come back again and again.

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

The house is just as nice as it is functional. It has a beautiful terrace where it is sunny for a long time. It has amenities to make you feel at home. It's the perfect place for someone who wants to "turn off" for a vacation - it's very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood invites you to walk (and the house to stay inside) ;) The host is very friendly and helpful.

Host were super friendly and nice. We enjoyed the garden a lot, spacious, private with lots of fruits, we especially liked picking raspberries and pears every day. Apartment has great location, right in the downtown. Furniture is very vintage style, hundreds years old house itself so perfect for anyone who likes history.

We stayed two nights over New Year's Eve in this fantastically beautiful, idyllic and quiet place. The house corresponds exactly to the pictures and is incredibly cozy. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening and enjoying the beautiful view definitely has something. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities (possibly an oven). We'll be back in the spring. Thank you for the great accommodation. Pavel is an incredibly nice and helpful person.

That was right decision to stay at Lenka's place for entire week: the host is super friendly and helpful, the apartment is dog friendly, with private parking, easy access to the city center, walkable distance to the Kmochov island to walk with a dog. Especially I appreciated an extra monitor with HDMI cable to be able to work on my laptop more comfortably.

Stayed during my Erasmus for an extended period, Michal is a very friendly and understanding host. The accommodation is great and close to many means of transport, only 5 minutes from the center. The Wi-Fi connection is décent, but it is possible to request a Wi-Fi router to increase performance if you are staying for an extended period. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, and the apartment is also prepared in advance according to the number of visitors. I was able to visit Brno and Pragues, but also work quietly and focus. I highly recommend it.

The rented apartment was very lovely. We stayed there for a short work trip, so we recommend it for this purpose. Kłodzko was quite peaceful at this time of year, but there is an amazing opportunity to take a walk to the Kłodzko Fortress, which we highly recommend.

Super apartment, Lenka was always available and I owe her fauna stay. When I wanted to extend, there were no problems,bravo 👍👍👍

Very nice property, matching the description with everything you expect and need. We strongly recommend. Arriving at the property is on a dirt road that was a bit squashed at the time of our visit and on the way back (uphill) it wasn't quite the easiest way to drive without a 4x4. But in the end, we made it.

The apparment impressed us by its modern design. Everything was clean and tidy. The check-in process was super easy because of the smart lock system. Parking is available on the territory. Nice place for long-term living. We would definitely stay here next time.
