Vacation rentals with a patio in Skradin

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, nove, ciste. Zariadenie v kuchyni a kupelni takisto nove, vsetko co sme potrebovali bolo k dispozicii, nic nechybalo. Terasa priestranna, vyhlad krasny, idealne na vecerne posedenie. Na TV bol dostupny netflix, youtube,.. Pristup na plaz 3 min. More bolo dokonalo ciste, restauracii dostatok a celkovo to posobilo tak domacky. Ziadne preplnene plaze. Vacsie mesta ako Sibenik alebo Primosten boli na skok, takze poloha super. Vysoko odporucam toto ubytovanie a radi sa tam opat vratime. Dakujeme za prijemny pobyt!

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Sjajan apartman okružen lijepom prirodom i izuzetno blizu NP Krka, bez problema sam našao mjesto, ostavio kola na parkingu ispred i proveo noć spavajući na vjerovatno najudobnijem krevetu u mom životu. Željko je odličan domaćin, čekao me je do kasno uveče, pošto sam kasnio zbog nevremena i udesa na auto-putu, ljubazno mi pokazao apartman, preporučio vožnju brodićem i obilazak okolnih atrakcija i stavio se na raspolaganje za sve što bi još zatrebalo dok sam tu. Sve preporuke!

We had an amazing stay with Iva and her family. They were so friendly and helpful! The room looked very new and was clean and well equipped. The old city centre and beach are both just a 10min walk away and if you have a car, Pirovac is a great base for seeing all the cool things Croatia has to offer! We were very enthusiastic. The stay was truly wonderful; the apartment is clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked the new, modern, and luxurious design of the entire apartment and terrace. You feel more than just comfortable. We received several restaurant and activity suggestions from Katarina, all of which were fantastic. We were especially impressed with the boat tour that Katarina organized for us! You travel by private speedboat to many islands, beautiful beaches, and docks that far surpass those around Split! If you want to feel like you're in paradise for a day, I can only recommend it! The terrace is a highlight, and we spent many great evenings there. The hot tub is clean and like new. Katarina checked in several times to see if everything was okay and responded immediately whenever we had a question. She is a perfect host, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We would definitely book another stay there! Once again, many thanks for the wonderful time!

Well located place, away from all the noise, but close enough to go there if you want to. Very clean, lots of light and a very nice private terrace to enjoy. Supermarkets and restaurants are a short 10-15min. walk. Very nice. Well recommended.

Ich bin mit 5 Freunden in Zoricas Villa gefahren und ehrlich gesagt, hatten wir vorher ein bisschen Angst enttäuscht zu werden, aber als wir ankamen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Gegenteil der Fall war! Alles war sauber - einfacher und sehr freundlicher Kontakt, sogar ein Geschenk (!) und total viel Platz draußen, um als Gruppe zusammenzusitzen + der Pool! Es liegt etwas außerhalb, war für uns aber genau das Richtige. Wenn man möchte, ist man in maximal einer halben Stunde in der Stadt (entweder Zug, Bus und nachts Uber). Auch Supermärkte sind in Geh-Nähe und der Ausblick ist einfach herrlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen :)

Alles Prima! Wir waren alle begeistert und hatte eine super Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett der Beschreibung, man sitzt mitten im Olivenhain und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer Ruhe genießen möchte und dazu noch einen perfekten Sternenhimmel haben möchte, ist hier komplett richtig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Highlight ist der Grill und der Hauseigene Gemüsegarten an dem man sich bedienen kann. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir werden jede Möglichkeit nutzen um nochmal wiederzukommen.

Spacious apartment with nice sea view for a family of four. Goran is very friendly, he met us in person at check in and provided all the information about the apartment and the local town. From the apartment it is only a five-minute walk down to the beach where it is also the pick up/drop off location for the boat trip, saved all the hustles of traveling for our boat trip. The two large en-suite bathrooms and the separate laundry room are the bonus. We’ve enjoyed our stay in Goran’s apartment.

Pas Cvita ir Ante apsistojome antrą kartą,mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi, butas idealiai tvarkingas. Šeimininkai yra labai malonūs,paslaugūs ir rupestingi.Mūsų vaikai ypatyngai nori padėkoti Cvitai už blynelius jie tobuli!!!🥰 Mūsų visa šeima dėkoja Cvita ir Ante už tokią nuostabią viešnagę!!😘❤️

Everything was wonderful! I loved how clean the home was and how responsive Lina-Natalia was when we needed something. It was great how close the home was to town so we could walk to things. We hope to come again someday.

Cvjetana und Čedna waren super freundlich und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und duftete nach Blumen und Citrusfrüchten. Die Zimmer waren genau wie auf den Fotos und die Better sehr bequem. Ein großes Plus sind die zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, da wir sieben Personen waren. Alles in allem Top Lage und Top Apartment.

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

Very responsive host. Bosa was very helpful throughout our visit. Local supermarkets were limiting, a good few restaurants to choose from. The local beaches are lovely. Water taxi available to Trogir from the pier with the bar.

Ich würde die Unterkunft jeden empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Man ist tatsächlich gleich am Strand es sind höchstens 2 Minuten geh Zeit. In der Nähe befindet sich die Promenade an der Beach Bars und Restaurants waren, man konnte auch überall Hunde mit nehmen. Preis Leistung war super

Really lovely place, close to an absolutely beautiful beach and lots of lovely restaurants. Host met us at the airbnb and replied very efficiently to all our queries leading up to the trip. The place itself was okay, decent rooms and kitchen but there was also access to a gorgeous terrace which was nice to sit out in the sun and have a drink! Storm was forecast while we were there too, and the host even allowed us to stay past check in which was so generous and kind!

Appartamento molto pulito, in più l’appartamento veramente bello e moderno, host super gentile e sorridente, per ogni cosa ci ha risposto subito ed è stata disponile L’appartamento in un ottima pozione. È stato tutto ottimo. Siamo rimasti. Molto contenti

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Gut gelegen für den Nationalpark Krka. Freundliche Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !
