Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

An idyllic and quiet spot in the forest

Enjoy nature in this beautiful, quiet place! There is no electricity. Fresh water from a new well. Poor phone signals and zero wifi! This is perfect for a digital detox! This is a place for pure relaxation. The climbing park HøytogLavt Modum and Blaafarveværket are just a few minutes away by car. The place used to house workers from the cobalt mines. The mines is now a museum that can be visited during summer. Approximately 40 min drive to Drammen and 75 min to Oslo.

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has sheltered nice and sheltered location. And there are good sun conditions at the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy.
