Private house with all facilities in very scenic surroundings. The house is newly built and will eventually be a farmhouse on the farm that has highland cattle, dogs and chickens. The house is located less than 1 hour's drive to: Bø with summerland and climbing park Kongsberg with Silver Mines and Alpine Center/Ski Center Rjukan with world heritage, water park, climbing park and Gaustablikk with alpine and cross-country skiing Gaustatoppen, Lifjell and Blefjell To Notodden with Blues Festival, Stavkirka, Telemark Gallery and the World Heritage it is about 30 min drive. You just have to pick and choose from experiences and trips or enjoy quiet days and the good life in the countryside.

Direct access to the river (a salmon fisherman's dream)

Idyllic little "Sørland house," secluded outdoor area, and panoramic view of the river from the living room/outdoor area. Unique location high up on the riverbank in historic Hokksund. (Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, blue zone, by the birch grove, with direct access to the river from the house.) Walking distance to Hokksund city center. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighborhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels; laundry is the responsibility of the tenant. Dogs/cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Cabin on Åsen

Small cabin with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here you can experience a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice walk, a bit heavy in some parts. Recommended to go up before it gets dark. Remember to bring good shoes and warm clothes. At the top awaits the prize, flat and nice with beautiful views :) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life.
