Lovely apartment in Skopje

Dragan is a great host, he helped us with all kinds of things. The house was spotless. The only problem was that it was half an hour by bus to the center. If you have a car, it would be more enjoyable. Since we didn't rent a car, we had some difficulty.

Our stay at Oliver’s was fabulous. The views are incredible, the rooms are comfortable, and Oliver himself is proactive and helpful. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and a large grocery store is a short walk away. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was a favorite memory. We highly recommend this stay!

A small balcony features two metal chairs positioned beside a flower box filled with vibrant blooms. Terracotta tiles cover the floor, while a view of greenery and nearby buildings is visible beyond the railing under a partly cloudy sky.

Bright & Warm Apartment

Great apartment near lots of restaurants and bars in one of the busier areas of Skopje. It was within walking distance to everything to see in Skopje too. The view of the millennium cross from the balcony was lovely and the ideal place for a coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Hopefully the ongoing building work won't spoil the view in the future, although the standards of North Macedonian construction safety did provide some entertainment!

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry with a mix of light and wood finishes. A sleek countertop holds essential appliances, including a kettle and coffee maker. Marble flooring and neutral walls contribute to an open and bright atmosphere, with ample space for movement.

Modern and luxurious apartment IVA!

This place is the real deal! Whether you're a solo traveler going for business in Skopje, or a couple looking to just relax, Apartment IVA is perfect! Located very close to the city center (just a few minutes with a car/taxi), it looks every bit, if not better than in the photos. The look is very modern and classy, but at the same time the place is still very cosy. It is filled with all the necessary amenities, AC is positioned just right, and the spinning TV is an excellent touch. The place was sparkling clean, and the marble floor looked like you could eat off of it. The self check-in service works perfectly so you don't have to meet anyone in order to enter. There was also all the necessary phone numbers, as well as tips for the nearest restaurants and take outs printed out for non locals. The host Vancho was very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Skopje.

Very good host, communicated super well and willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home/help with anything. The apartment is clean and nice, like the pictures. The size and quality is very good for the price. Was a little bit confusing to find the address from google maps, luckily Stefan was responsive any time I had confusion. Absolutely would live there again!

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Great apartment with a very helpful host. We loved that there was everything we needed at the apartment, and it was a home from home. Host Ivan was lovely and quick to reply to our messages about checking in and out, and made us feel very welcome. There's a shop and garage nearby, and it's just a taxi ride away from the centre of Skopje. We'll definitely be returning to stay at this lovely apartment again!

Maja was very responsive and the place was modern and clean. I had a very pleasant stay and I recommend it.

We had to book very last minute and Kosta had everything put together for us. The place was great and Kosta was easy to communicate with.

Accommodation, clean, courtyard and pleasant pool and as shown in the photos. Regarding the apartment, we did not have the one in the photo, but another one. ( rather small )

This unit is really beautiful; Modern, with high end finishing, and the location is amasing; it is a unique mixture of Modern in the middle of the historic center; located in a new building connected to the mall in the heart of the city, and surrounded by nice spots for dinner and evening vibes. Filip was very accommodating and flexible; he came in the evening to bring a coffee machine when we asked for it; We loved the place and the host; Highly recommended, and we will absolutely pick the same place if we go back to Skopje. ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at Ruzica's house. She was very helpful with flexible check-in and check-out due to our flight times. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. There is a washing machine, iron, microwave, dishwasher, etc. She responded very quickly to our questions and was always helpful. The location of the house is very central, so transportation was very easy. We were only worried about the old elevator at the entrance, but we didn't have any problems. We were very pleased. We're glad we chose this place.
