Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated units, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom is also well stylish, with double bed and exit to the back garden area. Outside there is plenty of space for sunbathing or relaxing, with a pretty garden with small trees and flowers.

Situated in the old part of Skiathos town, a magnificent cute 1st floor apartment of 60 s.m., sleeps 4 people. Two bedrooms, with a balcony of spectacular views of the sea and the Skiathos town, one with a double bed, the other one with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, a lounge and open plan kitchen, fully equiped. Morning breakfast or dinner at the balcony with the view offers an authentic and relaxed atmosphere.
