The apartment has a fantastic location with sea view in the middle of Svelvik city center. Walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, eateries, swimming areas, etc. The apartment has facilities such as waterborne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and wireless WiFi. The bed in the bedroom on the left is 1.5 meters wide and the bed in the bedroom on the right is 1.20 meters wide. Welcome to Svelvik, a pearl often described as the northernmost city in the south.

Bring your group to this great place with lots of room for cuddles. Perfect as a base for summer excursions in beautiful inner east fold and Follo in summer. The house is rural but in between as a hub with a small 20 minute drive to Tusenfryd , Askimbadet, climbing park, Son town and harbour. Ski center. Blixland horse center only 6 min. The house is recently renovated and has 4 bedrooms , large bright spacious living room open modern kitchen solution. There is some noise from the main road, but not remarkable indoors

Newly renovated house at a great location Here you are close to the field with hiking trail a stone's throw away. Although the house is right on the edge of the nature, you live very centrally. Wood-fired sauna is rented with the house. We are renting our private home while we are on holiday. We have the following bedrooms: 1x with double bed, 1x with single bed, 1x baby bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Nearby: Ski shopping center, grocery store, train station, train to Oslo city, Tusenfryd

Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

Light and nice apartment, 50 m2. Lovely surroundings! Perfect place for hiking and relaxing. Private entrance and private patio outside. Free parking outside the house. One bedroom with double bed and one single bed. 12 min walk to bus stop, 23 min bus ride to Oslo. 4 km to Sandvika, 8 km to Asker. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets all year round! Perfect for a couple or small family.

The house is 100 sq. m ( 900 sg. f) so you will have plenty of room to relax.
