The house has a charming character inside and out, good natural lighting, and it is well furnished with almost everything one needs for short-medium term stays. The heating system makes indoors so comfortable. Helena and Beppe are very welcoming and helpful; proactively making sure that all needs are met. I would be happy to stay here again and I would highly recommend their place to anyone visiting Umeå.

Great place to stay and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the little town but there is not much to do there, which we liked, but keep that in mind if you plan on coming. The bigger town is only a short drive away though, so no issues. The host was very helpful and friendly and always responsive to any questions we had.

We enjoyed the time. Everything needed was available. The train was barely audible to us and not bothered us. Plenty of space and we were allowed to bring our 3 dogs. Very nice contact with David. He was always reachable and explained a lot to us. Gladly again!!!!

Clean and cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood

Stig's place is fantastic. Had everything we needed and was huge, we didn't even need the bottom level. Very clean, all the amenities we needed for our stay. Would recommend!

Perfect place in a peaceful area and the host is always ready to help anytime

We spent here one week during our family vacation. We found the apartment cozy and well organized (kitchen very well equiped, comfortable beds, nice living room) .The River view from windows was fantastic. Strongly recommend the place!

Once a year we travel to Umea in order to visit our grandchildren. This time we rented the house from Rickard; it met all our wishes. Close to the grandchildren (walking distance) ; quiet house & surroundings; very good bed; all we needed in the kitchen; a lot of space in house. In short: we like to come back!

Lidias house is directly like on pic new kitchen, and convertible bed. Small minus is far from shop and petrol station. Around half an hour. Definitely I would like to back to this place.

Very clean, fresh, and quiet studio. It has everything you need. Bed and couch is very comfortable. Bus stop is right outside and only a few mins from the centrum. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!

Cozy simple apartment, perfect for a couple nights

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Enough clean towels provided. Includes washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were free some streaming services active such as Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.
