Great place to stay with the kids and dogs. Caravan was exactly as described and we all felt at home very quickly. Surroundings were really nice and some lovely views. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great weekend stay at Ryan’s place. The welcome bottle of Prosecco is a great added touch as well as recommendations for the area. The house was as described and is lovely and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus which was heated for when we arrived. The area is lovely and a short walk into town which has great restaurants and bars. We will definitely be returning!

Debbie is a wonderful, kind and communicative host. We were welcomed with a smile and she talked to us about all the wonderful surroundings such as the pub and nature reserve just down the road. The lodge itself was clean and well presented and the hot tub was absolutely enormous! I’d absolutely recommend the Lincoln Retreat for a getaway and we will certainly be back again soon! We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. The place looks even better than the pictures and is in a great location. Everything was clean and tidy, including the hot tub. Sam was a very helpful and responsive host. We took advantage of the in house massage treatments that were offered which were fantastic. Both Sam and Elian were very professional and did a great job. It would however have been useful to have a few extra towels and simple amenities such as sugar/kitchen towels/milk. However there were other things available such as tea bags and coffee. Also, in case of larger groups staying it's good to be aware that though there are 3 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. Overall we had a lovely weekend and would definitely book again!

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

We had a great stay at Ivor’s, the location was so close to the beach and the property was exactly as it looked on the pictures, we would love to go back and stay again.

Everything about the house was fantastic, the accommodation was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. The family loved the warm pool, the hot tub, the sauna and the massage chair. There were plenty of towels for all. In the main house the pool table was a winner with the grandchildren as was the gaming machine. The only thing that would have made it an absolutely first class was if there had been an upstairs bathroom. We had a Sunday roast at the cafe on site, which, was also very good.

Lovely place to stay, my only comment would be no basics in the fridge! Travel all around UK using air BnBs for work and most have Milk, bread etc and sometimes even champagne/alcohol beverage. However that doesn’t change my opinion overall great place to stay. Nice quiet relaxing spot. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The caravan was lovely, well equipped, clean with hot water and good heating. The site was peaceful and well maintained. The hosts went the extra mile. thank you! Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the lodge, which offers stunning views over the lake. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. While the exterior of the lodge is a little weathered, it doesn’t detract from the overall charm and comfort of the place. It’s a cozy, well-appointed wooden lodge that's perfect for a peaceful getaway.

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

Lovely modern & clean lodge in a nice quiet location. A pleasant walk through the woods to the village shops and restaurants.

Our time at lake side fishing retreats has been amazing. The staff are lovely and kind, the site is very dog friendly and they did an amazing job on the birthday package which my partner was very surprised and grateful for. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back to visit again! Thank you very much for our relaxing stay.

It was amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet beautiful. Hot tub, cabin, area everything was just what we needed to relax. Area was great just we had not enough time to see everything will be coming back as soon as possible to see it all. I can recommend this place to everyone.
