On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. The upper floor contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea views, a smaller bedroom with two beds, a living room with a bed and a toilet At the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the Västerhavet. Free parking is available outside the house.

In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
