Stay centrally in Skanderborg with 10 minutes walk to the city's many shops and eateries. There is a 5 min walk to the forest and the lake with jetty, canoe rental, mountain bike tracks and hiking trails, as well as a 12 min walk to the station by train to Aarhus (15 min.) Silkeborg and Copenhagen. It is 3 km to the E45. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of entrance hall, living room, room, bathroom and kitchenette. The house has a large south-facing terrace and a lovely garden.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our 1870s property, and was originally an old stable that we have lovingly refurbished over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Here is high to heaven, and if you want, our dog, Aggie, will be very happy to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and roosters are also very curious. We're excited to accommodate you 🤗

There is a covered terrace and from natural grounds/beautiful access to the lake along stairs. Peaceful area in the middle of nature with a short distance to the center and East Jutland sights.

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. The annex has a dining table, a sofa, a double bed and your own screened-off morning sun patio with a table and chairs as well as a small lawn area. We provide coffee, tea, an electric kettle, towels and bed linen. Now also with a fridge:)

Lovely house in Skanderborg hills overlooking Skanderborg Lake. Close to the beach (Skanderborg Lake) and forest and Aarhus. The train station is within walking distance. There are trains several times per hour to Aarhus. The train ride takes 12 minutes. Skanderborg has good cafes and shopping.
