The place was very nice and pleasant to stay on.👍 Everything was good, including the host who was good at communicating with me. Not too long to drive to dyreparken (only about 12 minutes). The price was affordable. Definitely want to stay again someday 🙂

Beautiful inviting place. Per Kristian & Christine we’re very hospitable. My kids loved the wide open space, playing with their kittens, puppy, chickens and even made friends with their son. The view of the river and the green surroundings were very peaceful. Christine also brought us around her garden to share her plants and house history with us. Amazing time!

Our stay at Joakim’s place was magical! The view was incredible and the cabin cozy and inviting. Joakim was responsive and friendly throughout the stay. We certainly hope to come back in the future!

Thanks for a great stay! The apartment was only a 12 minute drive from the zoo. Incredibly peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden and an amazing view. The apartment was modern and clean, and the host went above and beyond and was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a nice plus to be able to enjoy the view from the jacuzzi. Would easily come back again.

Great experience. It was such a joy for me and 18 others to come to Gunnar's beautiful home. Amazingly beautiful setting. There was an easy and clear communication between Gunnar and me - so it was really easy. It was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to get to. There were bathrooms for pretty much every room.

Beautiful house - was what we expected from the pictures. Scenery was unbelievable, it was quiet and private. Really wish the hot water had been working in the kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Also wish the hot tub wasn't an extra cost to use -- it should just be part of the overall price as it's one of the main draws and features in the rental description. Overall amazing, would stay again, but for the price, would want the hot water working.

What a lovely place. The cat Anton who comes to greet you first is the first friendly face. Marian and Dag are also very friendly. Beautifully quiet and peaceful, it is on their private jetty on the water. That's where the tranquility can really begin. Sofa bed sleeps fine for one night.

Great place to stay. Far from stress and appointments. With the boat provided by Lisbeth and Vidae, you are mobile and can explore everything. Many thanks to Lisbeth and Vidar for picking us up from the airport and bringing us back.

The house and Maria are a real piece of gold. we were allowed to spend two weeks in Mary's beautiful cottage on Lyngoya island. The communication with Maria went smoothly from the beginning and language barriers were no problem at all. Upon arrival in Kristiansand we were warmly welcomed and we were briefly briefed at the boat. Shortly, the spice will be😅 The house is super nice and it is really everything you need on site. From wetsuits to crabs for the children, everything is on site. The house is lovingly furnished and you feel right at home. The island is wonderfully quiet and you can discover a lot. The view from the terrace is dreamy. It was a beautiful holiday and we will be happy to come back🙂 However, you need to know that there is only one bathroom with water. With 11 people, this was sometimes really difficult. Also the ascent to the house is not easy for the elderly.

Arne’s place was the perfect stop for us on our trip to the Kristiansand ferry. A peaceful apartment with a beautiful garden. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed Hege’s house. The location is enchanting, and the house is authentic and equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended! Hege is a fantastic host who leaves nothing to chance and ensures you have a wonderful time.

This place is really recommended. Large cabin, good facilities and plenty of space inside and outside. The most amazing thing is the view. Here you can tap into the sea for hours. NOTE: Remember to bring your own towels and beddings. This is provided, but easy to forget.

Perfect stay for our Christmas holiday! The house was decorated, beautiful, and very large. The kids couldn’t stay out of the pool and hot tub! Host was very very accommodating, and the location was breath taking! Id do it again in a heart beat :) very pleased.

Nice cabin

We had a great time at the apartment for 10 days. The pool was extensively used with the 4-year-old both in the sun and rain and we never got the feeling of inconvenience to the homeowner who was at home. The apartment was felt larger than it looked in the pictures. The location is perfect starting point for a trip to the zoo or city center. Of course, you won't get away from any traffic noise so close to E18, but the apartment was well soundproofed so this wasn't very annoying Aina as a host was both nice and very helpful. We would highly recommend both host and place!

Top score from us! Great house, spacious, Tidy and clean. Good outdoor area suitable both for both badminton, boccia and the terrace lion. Short route to the beach, shop and city center. Recommended!

Very friendly hosts - would highly recommend staying here! Description and pictures are very accurate - small and cozy! Cooking in the kitchen was tight but my wife and I managed to make some easy meals during our stay. Shower is outdoors but very private, great water pressure and hot so even on the colder days it was very pleasant. Not a ton to do in the specific area but very easy drive to Kristiansand and Mandal if you are looking for more shops and restaurants. Beautiful place very close to the beach!

Group of 11 people. Within walking distance to the city center and easy to use public transport if needed. Suit us well as we were away for most of the day and night. Plenty of space with all the amenities we needed for a good weekend. Recommended!
