Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The road has a toll gate at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowing boat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river, you don't need a fishing license.

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost NOK 100 extra per day.

Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi, TV, charcoal grill and heated hot tub on the veranda outside. Private entrance door. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Tenants have a garden in front of the house, by the apartment. We use a laundry service. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
