Located in Strömstad's oldest block Bay you will find this simple accommodation just over 100 meters from Strömstad bus & train station. A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms as well as a toilet in the loft on top of our storage room/carpenter's stall (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available to rent 100 SEK/guest). The guest will clean up and dispose of garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in via a lockbox. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Flatholmen is an unique island in the archipelago outside the West coast. It's an exotic and genuine island, with only 33 houses and a fantastic ocean view. It's a private island, only accessible by boat. You'll get access to a small boat so you can explore the archipelago on your own. No roads, only small paths, you can swim anywhere, do fishing and relax on a quiet and beautiful island. This is in the heart of the arhipelago of Bohuslän, located at the west coast in Sweden.
