Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Welcome to Charming Patrisiergård in Vestre Strandgate 24. The apartment building is located opposite the ferry terminal, bus and railway station. Only a few minutes walk to Markensgate, the fishing jetty and Kilden. The apartment was fully refurbished in spring/summer 2022. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have two beds that can be put together to form a double bed and have their own TV with Chromecast. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the backyard.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 people The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.

Can you translate this into Swedish? Modern appartment located on Smögen with all necessary amenities as well as a fantastic view and close access to bathing areas. 2 People will live here comfortably but up to 4 people can stay here using my sofa bed.
