Newly built cottage directly adjacent to Tjurpannan Nature Reserve with hiking trails in beautiful surroundings. The cottage is located on a natural plot with, among other things, rocks, blueberry bushes and pine trees. The plot overlooks the nature reserve to the west and over sheep and horse pastures to the east. Only a couple of hundred meters away is a campground with a restaurant, mini-market, mini-golf and boat rental. Within walking distance, there are several cozy swimming coves to choose from. Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
