There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The cottage is 500 meters from the farm (access by car) where you can use your private bathroom, toilet. incl. firewood/charcoal.

Newly renovated cottage - all new in spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is nice and bright everywhere. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Via the terrace, there is access to the annex with additional sleeping space for 2 people.NOTE!! In the winter months, the annex is closed, so the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

Holiday home in the heart of the medieval town of Ribe and overlooking Ribe Cathedral, this conservation-worthy, renovated farmhouse with its own enclosed garden and a lovely large terrace is for rent. On the ground floor, there is a toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a large living room with open connection to the kitchen, which contains everything in white goods. On the 1st floor, there are 2 lovely double rooms (1st with a baby bed) as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Possibility to see the black sun in September and October

The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

On beautiful natural grounds, secluded from the road is our cozy cottage. Modernized with new kitchen, bathroom, roof and facade. In addition, there is a wooden terrace facing both south and west, so you can enjoy the morning sun, the noon sun and the evening sun. The house has a heat pump that can easily keep the house warm. Byhus midt i Ribe med 100 m til Domkirken. Boligen har 2 gode soveværelser, køkken med spiseplads, stor hyggelig stue. Derudover badeværelse på 1. sal og toilet i stueplan. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
