Child-friendly cottage a stone's throw from the beach

With 300 meters to the sandy beaches of Sejrøbugten, the summerhouse is perfect for nature experiences all year round. We have set up the summerhouse for coziness and relaxation. With a wood-burning stove, a large corner sofa, and a spacious dining area, even bad weather and winter can be enjoyed in the cottage. The private garden, fire pit, a covered terrace, and a charming orangery make it easy to enjoy the outdoors and long evenings with friends and family all year round. We have a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old, so we have a lot of toys available.

First row to Kattegat

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. For example, follow the path along the property, all the way to the farthest point of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick dip in the sea?

Cozy, older cottage close to the water. Lovely garden in the woods and nature. The cottage is only a 5-minute walk to the family-friendly Gudmindrup beach. Beautiful sunsets can occur :) The house has 2 great terraces, so depending on where the sun is, you can enjoy it outside. There are lots of cozy spots in the garden with heather. The house has a large living room with a new kitchen. In addition, there is a master bedroom with space for 2, as well as an extra room with 3 sleeping places + 1 mattress. The house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

The most beautiful summer house in Odsherred, with just the right vibe. The house is stylish, newly renovated, and every single room in the house has been refurbished with the utmost care. Beautiful kitchen in the finest light gray color. The house is located on a large property where children will love to run around or take a ride on the swing. There are deer on the property; you can't help but notice them. It is extremely important that if you rent our house, you take good care of it; it is our home, our gem.

A dream gem located privately in the pine forrest just a few steps from the ocean and our wonderful panoramic ocean sauna. The little house is easily heated with the amazing little wood stove, and well insulated. You find the equipped kitchen and bathroom is in the facility house next by. Hyggebo 250 m from the most beautiful beach

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
