Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Siviri

Nikos, his father and mother were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival and departure we had gotten a local, homemade specialty from the mother. Very delicious! The father always gave us vegetables and fruits from the huge garden. Fresh green, mature figs were allowed to pick from tree at any time. The place was great, as shown in the pictures and film. We ate outside daily on the terrace under the olive tree if we were not in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous views over the bay/beach/island and sea. The path to the beach went down. With me it was 300 steps and then another 100 from the edge of the property up to the terrace. Since there are only about 10-12 private houses along this beach at a good 1 km, it is nicely empty and you have your peace and quiet. Temperatures were 33-39 degrees C this year probably particularly high. A full recommendation!!!

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Although it was off-season accommodation, it was possible to find restaurants open in the surrounding village and vicinity. Evangelia provided great recommendations. Great sea view and coffee🙈 You will only stay in a very windy part of Halkidiki, it is useful to be prepared.

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Lina's place was truly delightful. She was incredibly friendly and positive, making us feel right at home. The property was private and beautiful, with a particularly romantic second floor made entirely of wood. The view of the sea from the garden table during breakfast was such a good detail! Lina was very helpful throughout our stay, always available for anything we needed. Her recommendations for sightseeing, boat trips, and beaches were priceless. We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

The accommodation was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is amazing!! Marios is a great host who has responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would choose it again and again!

We immediately felt comfortable, great view from the two balconies - also good sun protection due to awnings. Just down the stairs, already at sea! Apartment is already large, everything there and super clean. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Melina. The location is very peaceful and a perfect base to explore the Peninsula. The Villa itself is a great size and beautifully presented (the pictures do not do it justice). There are plenty of seating areas and the pool is the perfect place to cool off. Michales was very welcoming to us and had some great tips! Thank you again!

Dimitris apartment had everything we needed. it's very close to the beach and many good restaurants and supermarket. ita also close to public transport. Dimitri was very responsive and answered any questions we had.

Very good hosts and Mr. Ioannis and Mr. Christos made us feel like family helpful, they engaged in sending us places nice to visit to eat. The place is awesome clean with all the amenities,the pool great we had a great time inside the space as well as out of the end I highly recommend it. 5*

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

We spent a magnificent holiday in Argiri's accommodation until the end of September2024. With weather luck still late summer🏖️☀️☀️ Located right on the sea, the property is directly connected to the beach by a staircase. With quiet sea, the nearby coves can be explored with the 2-person kayak😃. It is a central base for exploring the Halkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments away from mass tourism. About 15 min. from Nikiti.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!
