The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

Just across the street in front of the house there is a mini-market while big supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away.

When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

Our Siviri apartment is quietly located at the northern end of the village. The beach promenade is about 50 meters away, so all bars and restaurants can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.
