House for accommodation 4+1 people in a quiet village 20 minutes away from Rovinj and other famous destinations. The whole house has underfloor heating and in the winter months it is very pleasant to stay in it. The house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, the living room can accommodate 1 more person. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and on the terrace next to the pool there is an outdoor kitchen with a bread oven and a barbecue. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool 8x5m and another building in which there is a sauna and another bathroom.

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
