Vacation rentals with lake access in Sithonia

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Loannis bize sunduğu tüm imkanlar bizi karşılaması yerel dili bilmemize rağmen bize yardımcı olmak için zaman harcaması her şeyden öncesi de çok insancıl biri olması güzeldi ev çok güzel plaj biraz kirliydi ama plajı da güzel yakınlarda iki tane restoran var çok güzel balık yapan ve bir market var 5 km ileridena Plagea diye harika bir yer var orada her türlü ihtiyacınızı görebilirsiniz ancak oraya gidebilmek için araca ihtiyacınız var harika zaman geçirdim gelecek yıl tekrar loannis evinde kalmak için heyecanlıyım

A perfect place for swimming and easy living, our apartment was very cozy.

Hermoso departamento, amplio, con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes que casi no fue necesario prender. Excelente vista al mar con sus atardeceres desde el balcón. Nikiti al estar a la izquierda de Sithonia tiene esa gran ventaja contra el lado que mira a Athos. Está algo retirado del centro que lo hace súper tranquilo, y en solo 5 min a pie se llega. La playa a 200mts es algo chica, pero a 500mts para el centro ya empiezan buenas y a 1,5kms son excelentes, con más espacio, arena blanca, y sin piedras para ingresar al mar. Excelente lugar para hacer base y salir a recorrer también otras playas de Sithonia, que me gustó más q Kassandra. Fava y Karydi a 15kms hermosísimas, por tener una beba de 5 meses me costo hacer otras pero entiendo que hay muchas más por visitar

the house was beautiful with a great garden. You have everything you need in the house. especially in the evening the view is stunning. Christodoulos is a great host who responds very quickly. it's good to know how to drive to the house because some roads were a bit difficult to drive on. but these aren't many. thanks for the hospitality.

Agréable logement avec une belle terrasse ombragée. Nous disposions d’un barbecue très fonctionnel que nous avons utilisé (excellente poissonnerie à l’entrée du village) Nous n’avions pas de voisins lors de notre séjour (un grand calme). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nôtre séjour et Porto Koufo Fabienne et Christophe
