Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sithonia

Ulyana and husband are excellent hosts! The house is exactly as pictured with beautiful views, secluded on a mountain with an infinity pool. The house included 2 bedrooms, bath, washer/dryer and kitchenette. Ulyana provided daily routes with places and restaurants to visit. There are many beaches both quiet and organized within a 5-30 minute drive. Our stay was perfect🏖️🚘🐠. Property also has 2 beautiful dogs 🐾 both gated and allowed to roam if guests permit. They were so happy to greet everyone! Perfect getaway! Thank You Ulyana and Konstantin🐚

The villa was wonderful , more than at home ...because there is all what you need ..supper comfort, extra pool , green garden , a lot of trees ,Sany sandy beach ,Rafail like best host ...I recommended the place for your holiday..

I had an incredible time staying at this house! It was unbelievably beautiful on the outside and exceptionally pleasant on the inside. The garden was absolutely stunning, impeccably maintained and exquisitely beautiful. The cleanliness and coziness of the place were outstanding. The hosts were simply amazing – they greeted us with a welcome drink and made us feel so comfortable, as if we were old friends. The beach was fantastic and pristine, with crystal-clear waters. As mentioned in the house description, the beach is indeed about 400 meters away. Remember to bring an umbrella as it's a free zone. The beach bars and taverns are around 3 kilometers from the house, and the staff there are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The stretch of beach is truly vast. The house boasts several barbecues, two garages, and even a soccer field. We would be thrilled to stay there again! We had an unforgettable vacation!

They were a very good hosts, we have an easy communication and feel very good at their house. Everything was perfect. The house is very good located, have everything that you need for your vacation. We will be glad to be their guests again.

We enjoyed our stay at Athena's apartment and would recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet area and want to have an amazing view. The apartment had everything we needed for our 8 nights stay. The instructions and recommendations in the house manual were very helpful. Athena is very responsive and their apartment was really decorated with care. We are considering booking this apartment a second time in case we choose Neos Marmaras as our holiday destination again in the future.

Above and beyond. Great location and amenities, amazing communication and helpful staff. Christos was so kind to personally bring us the delicious breakfast every morning. It’s a luxury experience through and through in a unique and beautiful setting. Can’t wait to explore some of the other villas

The location is amazing. The treehouse is lovely, thoughtful, clean, tidy. Check-in easy. We felt comfortable. Everything was amazing. The breakfast was perfect. I wish we had more time to go 4x4. I would definitely recommend it and we'll do it again at the first opportunity.
