“Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, muy limpio, bien equipado y en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y fluida en todo momento. En general, muy cómodo, aunque la cama del salón podría ser un poco más confortable. Aun así, nuestra experiencia fue muy positiva y sin duda lo recomendaríamos. ¡Gracias por todo!”

Appartement impeccable, très bien agencé et parfaitement équipé — il ne manque rien ! La propreté est irréprochable, et l’emplacement est idéal, à proximité des transports en commun. L’hôte a été très accueillante et disponible. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !"

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung war unglaublich sauber und schön eingerichtet. Albina ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sowie der Ablauf lief reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank!!

ci siamo trovati molto bene. il monolocale è in una zona centralissima, posizione perfetta per girare la splendida Mantova. unico neo, il letto che, essendo un divano letto, non era proprio comodissimo (ma comunque confortevole). Helga è stata un'ospite molto attenta e disponibile. tutto era pulito e in ordine.

l'alloggio di Giovanni è davvero molto carino, ben arredato e confortevole. Essendo molto vicino al centro è facile spostarsi a piedi. Si trova al piano terra quindi è bdi facile accessibilità ma, di contro, è molto rumoroso fin dalla mattina presto dato il via vai di aiuto. Ma questa è l' unica pecca. ci tornerei molto volentieri

Visitamos Reggio Emilia por una conferencia en el centro Loris Malaguzzi, el alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca del lugar y fue cómodo para nuestra estadía. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades que uno necesita. El anfitrión Alberto fue muy amable y preocupado porque todo estuviera perfecto. Recomiendo completamente este lugar si quieren visitar Reggio Emilia.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto pulito, facile da trovare, molto comodo per spostarsi a piedi in pochi minuti si arriva in centro. Ill parcheggio pubblico è davvero molto vicino. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crémone. Il faisait froid et humide dehors mais très bon dans l'appartement. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement. Ce dernier est bien propre et idéalement situé : il donne sur une cour très calme. Il n'y a aucun bruit. On peut se garer gratuitement à proximité. On rejoint le centre ville à pied en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région. Merci Pietro!

Io mia moglie e il nostro cane siamo stati molto bene in questo alloggio. Umberto è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha accolti calorosamente. L’appartamento è in un residence molto carino immerso nel verde a pochi km dal lago. Un ottimo posto per visitare sia Verona che Mantova oltre ai vari paesi sul lago. Ci sono state date alcuni consigli per vistare dei posti caratteristici come Borghetto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo

Schöne Wohnung, ausreichend eingerichtet, Kaffeepulver, Essig, Öl und Gewürze vorhanden. Die City ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Als wirklich mini-kleine Kritik ist die Dusche zu erwähnen. Diese ist sehr schmal/klein (Schiebetüren) und das Wasser fliest erst nach einer kleinen Anwärmphase dann ohne großen Druck. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen und die Wohnung von Vinzenco buchen

Location agréable pour 4 avec repas à l’extérieur et magasin pratique à une rue. Accès ville de créma à pied dont lieux en lien avec le film ‘call me by your name’. Séjour effectué en août, avons apprécié la climatisation dans le coin chambre et la baignade dans le lac d’iseo moins couru que les autres lacs et pourtant très bien (surtout île monte isola).

Η Raffaella ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρέτικη. Απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματα μου και μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το σπίτι ήταν στο κέντρο,ήσυχο καθαρό και άνετο! Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή στην Πάρμα!

We had a great time. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly.( We had an issue when we arrived at the airport and the hosts were very supportive). We enjoyed the pool a lot. We also received very good recommendation and places to visit as well as restaurants. Veronica and Vanessa were very attentive. The place is new and every thing is very functional. The access is easy and the instructions are very clear. It is in a very peaceful location with a few nice restaurants near by and it is an excellent base to move around in the area. I cannot wait till their next building with the Spa will be completed! Thank you Vanessa and Veronica. I do recommend!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Lovely and large apartment over 3 floors. Very comfortable, clean, secure and peaceful. Comfortable beds, a rainfall shower, coffee machine, lift. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, very close to the Grand Piazza. The parking space was a brilliant amenity. Nice views across Modena rooftops. Highly recommend.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Penthouse von Goffredo und haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Penthouse ist sehr gross und auf zwei Ebenen. Der Aussenbereich ist auf drei Ebenen und sehr gepflegt. In wärmeren Tagen sicher ein Traum mit dem Pool und dem Jacuzzi auf dem obersten Deck. Wir wurden persönlich begrüsst. Auf dem Tisch standen Blumen, Sekt, Pralinen, Wasser und Säfte. Sehr bequeme Betten, flauschige Frotteewäsche und sogar Bademäntel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hamam war das Highlight der Wohnung für uns. Aber auch das Sprudelbad wurde rege genutzt. Für uns hat alles prima gepasst und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.
