Vacation rentals with breakfast in Şişli

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

Açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitleride tatmin edici ve konumu çok iyi yerde ulaşım araçları dahil heryere yürüme mesafesinde.Memnun kaldım favorilerime ekledim tekrar geldiğimde orada kalacağım !

安全な環境と良好なアクセス。 タクシム広場から歩いて5分くらいで急な坂道もありません。 学校の向かいなので治安も良いです。 清潔なベッドでゆっくり休むことができました。 小さなエレベーターがあり、上階で大きな荷物があっても安心でした。 シャワーのお湯がちゃんと出ました。 おすすめできるお部屋です。

Salondan doğrudan terasa geçiş yapabilme olanağının olması güzel, manzara ve konumu muhteşem. Salon küçük olmasına rağmen şirin bir iç tasarımı var. Oldukça temiz. Ortaköy merkeze 7-10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, konumu merkezi. Bulunduğu yer çok huzurlu. Ortaköy’de konaklamak istediğimde tekrar tercih edeceğim. Teşekkürler!

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour dans cet appart hôtel. J'ai bien aimé le service de chambre, j'ai pas eu à me soucier de pas mal de détails. L'avantage de ce logement est sa proximité immédiate à l'arrêt de bus Omer Hayyam qui est à un arrêt prêt de celui de Taksim. Les personnes à la réception sont hyper serviables et sympathiques.

Beautiful hotel great location and good host!

They were very friendly and helpful. It made our first nights in Turkey wonderful If you are a very light sleeper ask for a room not on the tram line. I had no problem and the tram is a great way to get around. You can’t so your credit card at the turnstile.

We were so pleased to have chosen Marmara Guest House. It was exactly as advertised, so well located, and affordable. The top floor terrace and breakfast and on-site staff were very helpful. Would rewcommend it to anyone easily. Thanks.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

A great place to stay- 5min from Hagia / Blue Mosque with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just around the corner. There is also a laundry next door with a 2 hour turnaround time. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with very good English. Room was very comfortable and quiet with good air-conditioning and a good shower. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty with many options. If I return to Istanbul, I'd definitely stay here again.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, da die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren und die Unterkunft eine sehr zentrale und dennoch relativ ruhige Lage hat. Nur sind in der Küchenzeile leider keine Utensilien wie Besteck vorhanden.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The dining area had a lovely view, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The pin in the google map was not that precise and we had to ask around, but it's ok.
