Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Šišava

Thanks a lot to you and your family, the experience was great with a lot to do. One of the days the kids refused to leave the house. A traditional Bosnian house, well restored and tastefully decorated. Host Elvir tried to decorate the rooms with traditional furniture or old household items. We celebrated New Year's Eve here and enjoyed our stay a lot. There is a beautiful view of the forested mountains. Peaceful and tranquility is all around. The house sleeps very well. Elvir is a very good host, we enjoyed communicating with him. Special mentions are dinners and breakfasts, which were prepared for us by Scheherazade (Elvira's wife). They were varied, hearty and delicious. In winter, you need to be prepared for some difficulties when climbing by car to the house itself. But it only adds flavor to staying in a traditional Bosnian village!

Unfortunately didn’t meet ajdin but he was a great person he give us all information we need. The house was nice and quiet i recommend 100%

We very much enjoyed dot nice cottage. Plenty of space, very complete and beautiful garden. Edib was quick to respond, proactively, and incredibly friendly. We felt very welcome!

Amazing amazing host. Very grateful for your hospitality and kindness. Such a comfortable stay. Very close to all the shops. The hill is a climb but there is public transportation although I preferred the walk. Markets are across the street and everyone is friendly. It is a very safe place. I would definitely return and stay here in the future

We spent a pleasant week in the apartment of Rade. He had provided welcome drinks and snack. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Rade is an excellent host and he was always available and helpful when we needed him. Thank you Rade.

The accommodations are excellent, completely in line with the photos and description and even better. The apartment is very large and incredibly beautiful. That being said, it is incredibly close to the historic center and the surrounding area is full of restaurants, bars and beautiful streets. The only drawback was the lack of parking, which was listed in the description, but hopefully this problem will be fixed for future guests. Otherwise the accommodation is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

Lovely and pristine apartment within easy walking distance to ski lifts, rental, sledding, restaurants and full super market. Has everything you need and looks exactly like the pictures. Enes is a super responsive and helpful host (never more than 30min response) and the ground floor apartment has easy access to the playground, Apres ski bar, and a lovely view of the mountain. Great bakery/pizza is steps from the front door, neighbours are friendly and little noise even over new years. Easy parking in the underground garage, Netflix, wi-fi and Sarajevo an easy 25min drive away made for a great vacation for our family of four with teens. Great runs for experienced skiers, less for newbies, but lots to see and do in town. As English only speakers we had no troubles and cannot beat the price for a great ski vacation. We are extremely happy with the apartment, but most of all, the cleanliness of this one. We loved the bear style themed decor that adds a special touch to the stay. In addition, the hosts are extremely friendly, welcoming and also very responsive. Hospitality is also evident in several details, which guests should discover for themselves. We highly recommend staying in this appartement.

Lovely Airbnb and lovely host- thank you Naida!! Very clean, easy to find, short (and a bit steep) walk from the old town. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Dino our host was very welcoming and helpful. Finding the house is not easy the first time and so Dino met us at an earlier spot and led us there. The house is beautiful and equipped with most things you would need- wifi, barbecue, dishwasher appreciated. We all enjoyed the pool. Ample supply of towels, generous supply of toiletries and useful cooking items such as oil etc. Beds quite comfy. My youngest son was worried from the photos that he would fall out of the top bunk, but on arrival we found there is a bar across to stop this happening. Good security with alarm etc, spotlessly clean. The house is quite off the beaten track and a car is necessary although we did enjoy walking around the surrounding country roads too.

My family and I had a wonderful two-week stay, I could never thank amra and his family enough. From the beginning to the end of our stay, their responsiveness was exceptional. The accommodation is very well furnished, very clean, very quiet. The view was splendid, the pool is supplied with water by a natural stream. Visoko is a warm village, located 45 minutes from Sarajevo by car, the landscape and nature have rejuvenated us both physically and mentally. A real haven of peace. Bosnia and its inhabitants will have marked us forever❤️❤️❤️. I highly recommend to people looking to clear their minds and fill their heads with memories to visit Bosnia, Sarajevo, Mostar, Kravica and other cities, the food is very good, it feels very good and of course I recommend to all air BNB users the sumptuous accommodation of Amra and her family, thank you very much for your warm welcome, don't change. 5🌟

The villa was fantastic. It can fit a big family. It was very clean. And the host Edin and his brother Haris were very friendly and responsive. As soon as we got there, they gave us juice and jam which was very delicious. And we will definitely come back there soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Papa’s Hideout. Viktor was an incredible host - he gave us some great recommendations, was extremely helpful and very responsive. The house is great, very secluded and peaceful. You will need to hire a car to get about because of this. There is a small shop 10-15 minutes walk away which is handy though. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Papa’s Hideout if you want to visit Bosnia!
